Claims (15)
- 被動体に電気的に接地された外部導電体と内部導電体との間隔に対応する静電容量の変化を感知する感知部と、
前記感知部の感知信号と基準値を比較して、前記被動体で人体の挟み込み発生を指示する挟み込み発生信号を出力する信号処理部と、
前記被動体を移動させるために、モータを駆動するモータ駆動部と、
前記信号処理部から挟み込み発生信号を入力されると、前記被動体を停止させる、又は、反対方向に移動させるために、前記モータ駆動部を制御する制御部と、を含むことを特徴とする静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。 - 前記被動体は、自動車に装着された付属物である、側面ドア、トランクドア、窓、サンルーフ、昇降機ドア、地下鉄ドアのうち、いずれか1つであり、
前記感知部は、被動体の側部形状に沿って曲がるストリップ形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。 - 前記感知部は、前記外部導電体、前記内部導電体、及び、支持部を一体化し、
前記支持部は、前記外部導電体と前記内部導電体の間に結合されて、前記外部導電体と前記内部導電体とが直接接触しないようにして、電気的に絶縁させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。 - 前記支持部には、長手方向に沿って両側に垂直に突出柱が形成され、互いに対向する前記突出柱の間に凹んだ安着溝が形成され、前記安着溝に前記内部導電体の底面が接触することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
- 前記支持部の両柱の外側に、長手方向に沿って延在した一対の第1のスリットが形成され、
前記支持部の両柱の内側に、長手方向に沿って延在した一対の第1の嵌合突起が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。 - 前記外部導電体の内側に一対の第2の嵌合突起が形成され、
前記第2の嵌合突起が、前記支持部の第1のスリットに結合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。 - 前記内部導電体の両柱の外側に、長手方向に沿って延在した一対の第2のスリットが形成され、
前記第2のスリットに支持部の第1の嵌合突起が結合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。 - 前記支持部に埋め込まれた第1の信号ケーブルが外に引き出されて、前記信号処理部に連結され、前記外部導電体に埋め込まれた第2の信号ケーブルが外に引き出されて、前記信号処理部に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
- 前記外部導電体は、ドーム形状に形成され、前記外側導電体の一端部と、前記内部導電体の一端部は、歯車形状からなり、
前記外部導電体と内部導電体との間に空気層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。 - 前記感知部は、三重射出成型機を用いて、前記外部導電体、前記内部導電体、及び、前記支持部を一体に成形することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
- 前記外部導電体は、人体によるタッチ圧力により押圧される柔軟な材質からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
- 前記外部導電体及び前記内部導電体は、熱可塑性エラストマと炭素ナノチューブの複合素材で成形されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
- 前記炭素ナノチューブは、前記熱可塑性エラストマに20~60重量%で配合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
- 前記支持部は、熱可塑性エラストマで成形されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
- 前記感知部は、外部導電体と内部導電体との間隔によって、静電容量と抵抗の変化を出力し、
前記信号処理部は、前記感知部の感知された静電容量と所定の第1の基準値を比較する第1のコンパレータと、前記感知部の抵抗変化に対応する分圧電圧と所定の第2の基準値を比較する第2のコンパレータとを含み、
前記第1のコンパレータは、感知された静電容量が第1の基準値よりも大きいと、挟み込み発生信号を出力し、
前記第2のコンパレータは、感知された抵抗に対応する分圧電圧が第2の基準値よりも小さいと、挟み込み発生信号を出力することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の静電容量変化を用いた人体挟み込み防止装置。
