Claims (17)
- 少なくとも1つの蒸気タービンに送られる蒸気を発生させるため、およびごみ生成物を発生させるための焼却装置を有するごみ焼却プラントであって、
前記ごみ生成物が、溶融可能な岩または岩混合物と少なくとも部分的に一緒に溶融炉に送られ、前記溶融炉で溶融した岩材料が紡績機に送られ、紡績工程によって岩綿が生産される、ごみ焼却プラント。 - 前記岩または前記岩混合物が、乾燥および/または予熱のための原材料加工プラントに送られ、前記原材料加工プラントから前記溶融炉に送られる、請求項1に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 前記焼却装置からのごみ熱が、前記原材料加工プラントに送られる、請求項2に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 前記焼却装置において蒸気が発生し、前記蒸気が、電気を発生させるための少なくとも1つの設備、特に蒸気タービンに送られる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 前記少なくとも1つの蒸気タービンによって発生させられた電気が、前記溶融炉に送られ、前記溶融炉が、電気溶融炉として設計されている、請求項4に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 蒸気凝縮液が、電気を発生させるための前記少なくとも1つの設備、特に前記蒸気タービンから、前記焼却装置のボイラに送り返される、請求項4または5に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 岩綿生成物を生産するための前記紡績機の下流に、収集チャンバ、硬化オーブン、冷却ゾーン、および鋸引き装置が配置されている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 前記溶融炉、前記収集チャンバ、前記硬化オーブン、前記冷却ゾーン、および前記鋸引き装置それぞれからの排気が、前記焼却装置に送られる、請求項7に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 前記紡績機および前記収集チャンバからの繊維ごみ、ならびに前記硬化オーブン、前記冷却ゾーン、および前記鋸引き装置それぞれからの粉塵が、繊維ごみおよび粉塵を加工するための原材料加工プラントに送られ、前記原材料加工プラントから前記溶融炉に送られる、請求項8に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 前記焼却装置からのごみ熱が、原材料を加工するための前記原材料加工プラントおよび/または繊維ごみを乾燥させ粉塵を加工するための乾燥プラントに送られる、請求項9に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 特にドロマイトまたはスラグと組み合わされたバサルト岩が、前記原材料加工プラントに送られる、請求項2、3、9、および10のいずれか1項に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- 前記原材料加工プラント、前記乾燥プラント、および前記硬化オーブンからの蒸気凝縮液が、前記焼却装置のボイラに戻される、請求項10に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- ボイラ給水が、前記溶融炉の冷却デバイスから前記焼却装置のボイラに送られる、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のごみ焼却プラント。
- ごみ生成物、および少なくとも1つの蒸気タービンに送られる蒸気を発生させるための燃焼装置を有するごみ焼却プラントにおいて、ごみを燃やすための方法であって、
前記ごみ生成物が、溶融可能な岩または岩混合物と一緒に少なくとも部分的に溶融炉に送られ、岩材料が、前記溶融炉で溶融され、岩綿を紡績するための紡績機に送られる、方法。 - 電気溶融炉として設計された前記溶融炉を加熱する電気が、前記少なくとも1つの蒸気タービンによって発生させられる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼装置からのごみ熱が、岩もしくは岩混合物を加工するための加工プラントおよび/または繊維ごみを乾燥させ粉塵を加工するための乾燥プラントに供給される、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融炉、前記紡績機の下流に配置された収集チャンバ、硬化炉、冷却ゾーン、および/または鋸引き装置から、排気が供給される、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
