Abstract
Description
-前記一定量の食物を含有するための第1の本体部分4を用意する段階、
-前記一定量を前記第1の本体部分4に配置する段階、
-第2の本体部分6を、前記第1の本体部分4をそれぞれの周縁9、11において閉鎖するために用いて、前記カプセル1を閉鎖する段階
を備え、
-前記第1の本体部分4および前記第2の本体部分6のうちの少なくとも一方を、コーヒー系粒状材料と、メチルセルロース、その誘導体、それらの混合物から選択される結合剤とを有する、任意選択でそれからなる堆肥化可能材料(本開示の主題を形成する)で作製する段階、
-前記第1の本体部分4および前記第2の本体部分6のうちの少なくとも一方をそれぞれの前記周縁9、11において湿らせる段階、
-前記カプセルの前記第1の本体部分4と前記第2の本体部分6とをそれぞれの前記周縁9、11において接触させる段階、
-任意選択でカプセル1を乾燥させる段階
を備え得る。
(実施例)
-可塑剤としてグリセロールを有するおよび有しない、コーヒー系粒状材料とメチルセルロースとを有する本開示の主題を形成する堆肥化可能材料、ならびに
-可塑剤としてグリセロールを有するおよび有しない、コーヒー系粒状材料と結合剤としてのアルギン酸塩とを有する堆肥化可能材料
に対して実施した。
堆肥化可能材料を80℃から90℃の温度の温水に浸漬し、水溶液を撹拌し続け、数分、概して2分後に溶液の色の変化を評価することによって移行試験を実行した。
-4:1の重量比のコーヒーおよびメチルセルロース(図9のグラフにおける4:1 C:CMC)、
-20wt%に等しい量で存在するグリセロールと組み合わせた、4:1の重量比のコーヒーおよびメチルセルロース(図9のグラフにおける4:1 20%Glycer.)、
-材料の15wt%に等しい量で存在するグリセロールと組み合わせた、4:1の重量比のコーヒーおよびメチルセルロース(図9のグラフにおける4:1 15%Glycer.)、
-20wt%に等しい量で存在するグリセロールと組み合わせた、9:1の重量比のコーヒーおよびメチルセルロース(図9のグラフにおける9:1 20%Glycer.)、ならびに
-20wt%に等しい量で存在するグリセロールと組み合わせた、7:3の重量比のコーヒーおよびメチルセルロース(図9のグラフにおける7:3 20%Glycer.)。
コーヒーと、結合剤としてのアルギン酸ナトリウムと、グリセロールとを有する堆肥化可能材料を試験した。取得された材料は、特にカプセルの製造中に、満足な特徴を呈しなかった。材料の製造方法は、加工可能なほど十分に可撓性である材料を取得するために、グリセロールの存在下でのアルギン酸塩の架橋の間、酸性pH条件をさらに必要とする。しかしながら、酸性pHは、取得される堆肥化可能材料の色の変更、およびその結果として、美的観点から不満足な外観を備えるカプセルを生じる。移行試験は、グリセロールの堆肥化可能材料から移行する傾向をさらに実証した。
50mmの直径および1.5mmの厚さを有し、成分の様々な組合せを有する円板の形態の堆肥化可能材料を、脱イオン水(DI水)中で30分間浸漬および煮沸した後、移行試験に供した。詳細には、
-コーヒーとメチルセルロースとを80:20の重量比で有する材料の円板、
-抽出済粉砕コーヒー(SGC)とメチルセルロースとを80:20の重量比で有する材料の円板、
-コーヒーとメチルセルロースとを50:50の重量比で有する材料の円板、および
-抽出済粉砕コーヒー(SGC)とメチルセルロースとを50:50の重量比で有する材料の円板
を取得した。
食用着色剤をミックスに組み込むことによってさらなる移行試験を実施した。詳細には、青色着色剤(GNT ExBerry Shade Blue)を、コーヒーとメチルセルロースとを80:20の重量比で有する堆肥化可能材料を取得するために使用されるミックス20gに対して0.5mlに等しい量で使用し、直径50mmかつ厚さ1.5mmの円板を取得した。
コーヒーとメチルセルロースとを様々な定量的割合で有する堆肥化可能材料を、材料の製造および処理の様々な段階において分析に供した。
Claims (16)
- 食品の包装のための堆肥化可能材料であって、コーヒー系粒状材料と、メチルセルロース、メチルセルロース誘導体、およびそれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1種の結合剤とを有する、堆肥化可能材料。
- 前記コーヒー系粒状材料が、焙煎粉砕コーヒー、抽出済粉砕コーヒー、およびそれらの混合物のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、好ましくはそれからなる、請求項1に記載の堆肥化可能材料。
- 前記メチルセルロース誘導体が、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロース、およびヒドロキシメチルエチルセルロースからなる群において選択される、請求項1または2に記載の堆肥化可能材料。
- 前記コーヒー系粒状材料と前記結合剤との重量比が1:1から4:1の間に含まれ、好ましくは4:1に等しい、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能材料。
- 前記堆肥化可能材料が、コーヒー系粒状材料と、結合剤としてのメチルセルロースとからなる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能材料。
- 前記堆肥化可能材料が可塑剤を含有しない、好ましくはポリオール化合物を含有しない、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能材料。
- 一定量の少なくとも1種の食物を含有するのに好適なカプセルであって、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能材料を備える、カプセル。
- 前記カプセルが、液体製品の調製のための一定量の少なくとも1種の食物を含有し、前記カプセルが、第1の本体部分と第2の本体部分とを備え、前記第1の本体部分および前記第2の本体部分のそれぞれが外面と内面とを有し、
前記第1の本体部分と前記第2の本体部分とが、それぞれの前記外面が前記カプセルの外側を向き、それぞれの前記内面が対向して前記カプセルの内側を向いて接合され、
前記第1の本体部分および前記第2の本体部分のうちの少なくとも一方が凹状内面を有し、
前記第1の本体部分および前記第2の本体部分のうちの少なくとも一方が、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能材料を有する、好ましくはそれからなる、
請求項7に記載のカプセル。 - 前記第1の本体部分が側壁と第1の端壁とで形成され、前記第2の本体部分が第2の端壁のみで形成される、請求項8に記載のカプセル。
- 前記第1の本体部分と前記第2の本体部分とが、レンズ形状を有し、前記内面が対向するようにそれぞれの周縁において接合される、請求項8に記載のカプセル。
- 前記第1の本体部分が接触接着によって前記第2の本体部分に接続し、前記カプセルが合成接着性物質を含有しない、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 前記第1の本体部分および前記第2の本体部分のうちの少なくとも一方が、前記液体製品が前記カプセルから流出することを可能にする少なくとも1つの孔を含む構造を有する、請求項8に記載のカプセル。
- 前記側壁、前記第1の端壁、および前記第2の端壁のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記液体製品が前記カプセルから流出することを可能にする少なくとも1つの孔を含む構造を有する、請求項9に記載のカプセル。
- 前記第1の本体部分および前記第2の本体部分の一方が、紙、セロハン、セルロース、バイオマスから抽出されるポリマー、合成高分子、微生物によってまたは遺伝子改変細菌によって産生されるポリマー、化石モノマー由来のポリマー、ポリ無水物、ポリビニルアルコール、およびそれらの混合物からなる群において好ましくは選択される堆肥化可能材料を有する、請求項8から13のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 液体製品の調製のための前記一定量の少なくとも1種の物質が、圧縮された一定量のコーヒーである、請求項8から14のいずれか一項に記載のカプセル。
- 一定量の少なくとも1種の食物を含有するカプセルを作製するための方法であって、
-前記一定量を含有するための第1の本体部分を用意する段階、
-前記一定量を前記第1の本体部分に配置する段階、
-第2の本体部分を、前記第1の本体部分をそれぞれの周縁において閉鎖するために用いて、前記カプセルを閉鎖する段階
を備え、
-前記第1の本体部分および前記第2の本体部分のうちの少なくとも一方を、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の堆肥化可能材料で作出する段階、
-前記第1の本体部分および前記第2の本体部分のうちの少なくとも一方を前記周縁において湿らせる段階、および、
-前記第1の本体部分と前記第2の本体部分とを前記周縁において接触させる段階
を備える、方法。
