Abstract
Description
本出願は、2020年3月16日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0032251号、2020年3月16日付の韓国特許出願第10-2020-0032253号、2021年3月16日付の韓国特許出願第10-2021-0033696号、および2021年3月16日付の韓国特許出願第10-2021-0033702号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート(TMPTA)75g、平均粒径が20nmのシリカ微粒子(表面処理:3-メタクリロイルオキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン)2g、フッ素系アクリレート(RS-537、DIC社製)0.05g、光開始剤(Irgacure 184、Ciba社製)1.13gの固形分をMEK(メチルエチルケトン:methyl ethyl ketone)溶媒に固形分濃度が40重量%となるように希釈してハードコーティング用組成物を製造した。

前記実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムについて以下の項目の実験を実施した。
実施例および比較例それぞれのハードコート層の表面エネルギーは、Kruss社製のDSA-100接触角測定装置を用いてdi-water(Gebhardt)とdi-iodomethane(Owens)の接触角を10 ポイント(points)で測定して平均値を求めた後、平均接触角を表面エネルギーに換算して測定した。前記表面エネルギーの測定においてはDropshape Analysisソフトウェアを使用し、OWRK(Owen,Wendt,Rable,Kaelble)法の下記一般式2をプログラム上に適用して接触角を表面エネルギーに換算した。
実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムが可視光線領域(380~780nm)で各波長での反射率およびb*をSolidspec3700(島津製作所)装置を用いて測定した。
実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムの表面に黒色ネームペンで5cmの長さの直線を引き、リントフリーワイプで擦って消されるまでの回数を確認して防汚性を測定した。
<測定基準>
O:消されるまでの回数が10回以下
△:消されるまでの回数が11回~20回
X:消されるまでの回数が20回超
スチールウール(#0000)に荷重をかけて27rpmの速度で10回往復し、実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムの表面を擦った。肉眼で観察される1cm以下のスクラッチの個数が1個以下であるとき最大荷重を測定した。
前記実施例および比較例それぞれで得られた低屈折率層に対して偏光解析法(ellipsometry)で偏極の楕円率を測定した。
前記実施例で得られた低屈折率層に含まれる粒子混在層に対して380nm~1,000nmの波長で測定された楕円偏光と、コーシーモデル(Cauchy model)および拡散層モデル(Diffuse Layer Model)を用いて波長550nmおよび波長400nmでの屈折率を計算した。

- ハードコート層、および低屈折層を含み、
中空状無機ナノ粒子およびソリッド状無機ナノ粒子を含み、1.5nm~22nmの厚さを有する粒子混在層が前記低屈折層内に存在し、
CIE Lab色空間でb*値の絶対値が4以下である、反射防止フィルム。 - 前記粒子混在層の厚さは2.0nm~20nmである、請求項1に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記粒子混在層の厚さは、偏光解析法(ellipsometry)で測定した偏極の楕円率を拡散層モデル(Diffuse Layer Model)で最適化(fitting)して決定される、請求項1または2に記載の反射防止フィルム。

- 前記低屈折層において、前記中空状無機ナノ粒子全体中の50体積%以上が前記粒子混在層から前記ハードコート層と対向する低屈折層の一面までの領域に存在する、請求項9に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記粒子混在層から前記ハードコート層と対向する低屈折層の一面までの領域は、波長550nmで1.0~1.40の屈折率を有する、請求項11に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記ソリッド状無機ナノ粒子は0.5~100nmの直径を有し、
前記中空状無機ナノ粒子は1~200nmの直径を有する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記ソリッド状無機ナノ粒子と前記中空状無機ナノ粒子の間の密度の差は0.50g/cm3~3.00g/cm3である、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 前記低屈折層は、バインダー樹脂、ならびに前記バインダー樹脂に分散した中空状無機ナノ粒子およびソリッド状無機ナノ粒子を含み、
前記低屈折層に含まれるバインダー樹脂は、光重合性化合物の(共)重合体および光反応性官能基を含む含フッ素化合物の間の架橋(共)重合体を含む、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の反射防止フィルム。 - 前記ハードコート層は、光硬化性樹脂を含むバインダー樹脂、および前記バインダー樹脂に分散した有機または無機微粒子を含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の反射防止フィルム。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の反射防止フィルムおよび偏光子を含む、偏光板。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の反射防止フィルムを含む、ディスプレイ装置。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の反射防止フィルムを含む、有機発光ダイオードディスプレイ装置。
