本願は、ビーワイディーカンパニーリミテッドが2020年2月28日に提出した、名称が「電池パック及び電気自動車」の中国特許出願第「202010129989.1」号の優先権を主張するものである。
Claims (15)
- 車両に電気エネルギーを提供する電池パックであって、少なくとも1つの電池ユニットを含み、前記電池ユニットは、少なくとも1つの電池列を含み、前記電池列は、1つ又は少なくとも2つの単電池を含み、前記電池列の両端の電位差は、60V以下であり、
前記電池列に少なくとも2つの単電池が含まれる場合、前記電池列における単電池は、第1の方向に沿って順に配列され、前記第1の方向は、車両の後部から前部への方向と平行であることを特徴とする、電池パック。 - 前記電池列の両端の電位差は、45V以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池列の両端の電位差は、20~40Vであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ユニットは、複数の前記電池列を含み、複数の前記電池列は、第2の方向に沿って順に配列され、前記第2の方向は、車両の幅方向であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池列同士は、直列接続及び/又は並列接続されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池列に少なくとも2つの単電池が含まれる場合、前記電池列における単電池同士は、直列接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記単電池の長さは、第1の方向に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記単電池は、第1の極柱及び第2の極柱を含み、かつ前記単電池は、第1の方向に沿って反対側に位置する2つの第1の表面を有し、
前記第1の極柱及び第2の極柱は、単電池の同じ前記第1の表面に位置するか、又は単電池の2つの第1の表面にそれぞれ位置することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 前記単電池は、第1の極柱及び第2の極柱を含み、前記単電池は、車両の頂部に面する第2の表面を有し、前記第1の極柱及び第2の極柱は、前記第2の表面に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池ユニットは、複数あり、前記電池ユニット同士は、直列接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池ユニットは、アレイ状に配列されて電池ユニットアレイを形成し、前記電池ユニットアレイは、複数行の電池ユニットセットを含み、複数行の電池ユニットセットは、第1の方向に沿って順に配列され、能動的安全装置が、隣接する2行の電池ユニットセットに配置され、互いに電気的に接続された2つの電池ユニットの間に、それぞれ接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
- 前記能動的安全装置は、リレー又はヒューズであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池パック。
- 少なくとも1つの前記単電池の長さと前記車両の長さとの比率範囲は、0.2~0.8であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記単電池100の長さ範囲は、600mm~2500mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含むことを特徴とする、電気自動車。
