Claims (23)
- 電池セルを含む電池に用いられる筐体であって、
複数の筐体壁を備え、
前記複数の筐体壁は、電池セルを収容する第1室を囲むように構成され、少なくとも1つの前記筐体壁の内部に消火剤を収容する第2室が形成され、
前記第1室および前記第2室は、前記電池セルの熱暴走が発生するとき連通し、前記消火剤で前記第1室内へ消火媒体を放出させるように構成される、筐体。 - 前記第1室と前記第2室とが連通していないとき、前記第2室の内部圧力が前記第1室の内部圧力よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体壁には、前記第1室と前記第2室を連通させる連通口が設けられている、請求項1に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体は、前記連通口を封止し、前記電池セルの熱暴走が発生するときオンされ、前記第1室と前記第2室とを連通させる電動弁をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体は、前記連通口を封止し、前記第2室の圧力が第3閾値に達するとき破壊され、前記第1室と前記第2室とを連通させる脆弱部材を含む、請求項3に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体は、前記第1室内に位置し、一端が前記筐体と接続され、内部が、前記電池セルの熱暴走が発生するとき前記連通口を介して前記第2室と連通するガイド管をさらに含み、
前記ガイド管の少なくとも一部は、前記電池セルの熱暴走により生成された排出物で破壊されるように構成される、請求項3~5のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。 - 前記ガイド管の他端部が封止される、請求項6に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体は、前記第1室内に位置し、両端がそれぞれ前記第2室と連通し、少なくとも一部が前記電池セルの熱暴走により生成された排出物で破壊されるガイド管をさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の筐体。
- 前記電池セルは、第1の圧力逃がし機構を含み、
前記第1の圧力逃がし機構は、前記電池セルの内部圧力が第1閾値に達し、または前記電池セルの温度が第2閾値に達するとき、作動して圧力を逃がすものであり、
前記ガイド管の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の圧力逃がし機構に対向するように設置される、
請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。 - 前記ガイド管は、脆弱部を含み、
前記脆弱部が前記第1の圧力逃がし機構に対向するように設置され、
前記脆弱部は、前記電池セルの熱暴走により生成された排出物で破壊されるように構成される、
請求項9に記載の筐体。 - 前記ガイド管は、熱溶融部を含み、
前記熱溶融部が前記第1の圧力逃がし機構に対向するように設置され、
前記熱溶融部は、前記電池セルの熱暴走が発生するとき溶融され、または生成された前記排出物で破壊されるように構成される、
請求項9に記載の筐体。 - 前記筐体は、前記連通口を封止し、前記電池セルの熱暴走が発生するとき溶融され、前記第1室と前記第2室を連通させる熱溶融部材をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体壁には、脆弱領域が設けられ、
前記脆弱領域は、前記第2室内の圧力が第3閾値に達するとき破壊され、前記第1室と前記第2室とを連通させるように構成される、
請求項1に記載の筐体。 - 前記消火媒体が気体の消火媒体を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。
- 前記第1室は、排出口を備え、
前記消火媒体と前記電池セルの熱暴走により生成された排出物とが、前記第1室内に混合され、前記排出口を介して前記筐体の外側に排出される、請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。 - 前記筐体は、前記排出口に設置される第2の圧力逃がし機構をさらに含み、
前記第2の圧力逃がし機構は、前記第1室内の圧力が第4閾値に達し、または前記第1室内の温度が第5閾値に達するとき、作動して圧力を逃がすように構成される、
請求項15に記載の筐体。 - 前記筐体は、前記第2室内に設置され、前記電池セルの熱暴走が発生するとき、前記消火剤をアクティブにして前記消火媒体を生成するトリガー部をさらに備える、請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体壁には、前記第2室と連通し、前記第2室内へ前記消火剤を注入するための注入口が設けられる、請求項1~17のいずれか1項に記載の筐体。
- 前記注入口は、前記筐体壁の前記第1室から離れる側に位置する、請求項18に記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体は、前記注入口に設置される注入弁をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の筐体。
- 電池セルと、請求項1~20のいずれか1項に記載の筐体と、を含み、前記電池セルが前記第1室内に収容される電池。
- 請求項21に前記の電池を含む電気設備。
- 複数の筐体壁を備え、前記複数の筐体壁が第1室を囲むように構成され、少なくとも1つの前記筐体壁の内部に第2室が形成され、前記第2室内に消火剤を収容する筐体を提供するステップと、
電池セルを提供するステップと、
前記電池セルの熱暴走が発生するときに前記第1室および前記第2室が連通して前記消火剤が前記第1室内へ消火媒体を放出させるように、前記電池セルを前記第1室内に収容するステップと、
を含む、電池の製造方法。
