Claims (10)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケースの内部に貫通して装着され、消火剤を備える消火タンクユニットと連結され、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの熱暴走や火事の発生時、前記モジュールケースの内部に前記消火剤を直接的に噴射する消火ユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火ユニットは、
前記モジュールケースの端部一側から前記モジュールケースの内部に向かって貫通して前記モジュールケースの長手方向に沿って長く配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火ユニットは、
前記モジュールケースの後面一側から前記モジュールケースの内部に向かって貫通することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火ユニットは、
内部流路が形成され、前記消火タンクユニットと連結され、前記モジュールケースを貫通して前記モジュールケースの長手方向に沿って長く配置されるユニット本体と、
前記ユニット本体に備えられ、前記モジュールケース内部のバッテリーセル側へ前記消火剤を噴射するための少なくとも一つの噴射ノズルと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記噴射ノズルは、複数個が備えられ、
前記複数個の噴射ノズルは、前記モジュールケースの長手方向に沿って互いに所定の距離で離隔して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの噴射ノズルは、
前記ユニット本体と連結され、前記消火剤の噴射のための噴射ホールが設けられるノズル本体と、
前記ノズル本体に備えられ、前記ユニット本体の内部流路を密閉するように前記噴射ホールをカバーして構成され、前記モジュールケースの内部が所定の温度以上の内部ガスに露出する場合、少なくとも一部が破裂して前記内部流路と前記噴射ホールを開放するように構成されたガラスバルブと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの噴射ノズルは、
前記ユニット本体と垂直に配置され、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと対向するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記消火剤は、
水として備えられる消火水であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールを収容するラックケースと、を含む、バッテリーラック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーラックを含む、電力貯蔵装置。
