Abstract
Description

Claims (27)
- 腹腔鏡手術中に使用するための保護アセンブリであって、当該アセンブリが、非毒性材料から形成された薄い膜であって、
当該膜が、トロカールのカニューレを通り抜けるのに十分に薄く、かつ機動性がある、薄い膜;前記薄い膜から延出する可撓性コネクタ;および
前記カニューレへの前記膜の挿入を容易にし、続いて前記膜を、前記カニューレの出口を通過させて前記膜が患者の内臓で拡開されるようにする、挿入可能なプランジャであって、当該プランジャが、挿入されて前記カニューレを通過する寸法にされたシャフト、を含み、当該シャフトの遠位部が前記可撓性コネクタに固定される、挿入可能なプランジャ、を備える、保護アセンブリ。 - 前記可撓性コネクタが、前記膜の周辺部に接続される、請求項1に記載の保護アセンブリ。

- 隣接して配置される前記突出部と凹部との間における前記膜の部分の厚さが、前記突出部の平均高さおよび/または前記凹部の平均深さと比べて実質的に小さいかまたは等しい、請求項22から25のいずれか1項に記載の保護アセンブリ。
- 隣接する突出部と凹部との間の前記膜の部分が、折り畳まれた構成における前記膜の折り畳みまたは巻きを容易にする、請求項22から26のいずれか1項に記載の保護アセンブリ。
