Claims (18)
- 少なくとも負荷抵抗によってコンパレータの入力部に接続されたセンサ信号を供給する電流センサと、
前記コンパレータの出力部に接続された保護入力部、および複数の積み重ねられたスイッチの対応するスイッチにそれぞれ接続された複数の出力部を有するスイッチ保護回路と、
を備え、
前記スイッチ保護回路は、前記コンパレータからの正の出力信号に応答して前記複数の積み重ねられたスイッチの各スイッチを開くように構成されることを特徴とするシュートスルー保護回路。 - 前記スイッチ保護回路は、変圧器を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記電流センサは、前記負荷抵抗およびインダクタによって前記コンパレータの入力部に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記負荷抵抗と前記インダクタとは直列であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記コンパレータの入力部と前記電流センサとの間の接続がインダクタを省略することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記スイッチ保護回路は、絶縁変圧器を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記絶縁変圧器は、前記コンパレータの出力部に接続された入力巻き線と、前記複数の積み重ねられたスイッチの1つのスイッチにそれぞれ対応した複数の出力巻き線と、を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記複数の積み重ねられたスイッチの各スイッチは、半導体スイッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記コンパレータは基準電圧入力をさらに有し、前記コンパレータは、前記基準電圧入力における電圧を超える前記コンパレータの入力部における電圧に応答して信号を出力するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記コンパレータは内部基準電圧を有し、前記コンパレータは、前記内部基準電圧を超える前記コンパレータの入力に応答して信号を出力するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 前記複数の積み重ねられたスイッチは、宇宙船の電力変換器スイッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシュートスルー保護回路。
- 積み重ねられたスイッチのセットを保護する方法であって、
電流センサを用いて電流を検出し、
負荷抵抗を用いて前記電流センサを電圧に変換し、
基準電圧を超える電圧に応答して前記積み重ねられたスイッチのセットの各スイッチを開くことを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記負荷抵抗を用いて前記電流センサを電圧に変換することは、負荷抵抗およびインダクタを用いることを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記電流センサを電圧に変換することは、前記インダクタおよび前記負荷抵抗を介して電流センサ出力を通過させ、これにより、コンパレータの入力部における電圧を生成することと、この電圧を前記基準電圧と比較することとを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記基準電圧を超える電圧に応答してコンパレータの出力を生成することと、前記コンパレータの出力を絶縁変圧器の入力巻き線に供給することとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- コンパレータの出力を受ける前記入力巻き線に応答して、各出力巻き線が対応するスイッチを開くように、前記対応するスイッチに前記絶縁変圧器の複数の出力巻き線を接続することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記電圧が前記基準電圧を下回ったあとに、前記積み重ねられたスイッチのセットの基本的な作動を再開することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 所定の遅延期間の間に前記電圧が前記基準電圧を下回ったあとに、前記積み重ねられたスイッチのセットの基本的な作動を再開することを遅延することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
