Claims (25)
- 障害状態中の回路における電圧制限のための電圧リミッタ装置を備える電子バリアであって、前記バリア装置が、前記電圧リミッタ装置の両端をラッチし、前記回路障害状態における前記電圧リミッタ装置での電力消失を低減するように構成されたクローバ装置を含み、前記クローバ装置が、前記バリア装置において感知された電流の変化に応答してラッチするように構成される、電子バリア装置。
- ヒューズを含み、前記感知された電流が、前記ヒューズを通る電流を含む、請求項1に記載のバリア装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載のバリア装置の出力ライン内に制限抵抗器を含む、請求項1または2に記載のバリア装置。
- 本質安全バリア機構を含む、請求項1、2、または3に記載のバリア装置。
- 前記クローバ装置が、前記電圧リミッタ装置の両端でラッチされると、前記電圧リミッタ装置内の無視できる電力消失を除く全ての電力消失を除去するように構成されている、請求項1、2、3、または4に記載のバリア装置。
- 前記回路障害状態中の前記電力消失のほぼ全てが、前記クローバ装置の両端で生じるように構成されている、請求項5に記載のバリア装置。
- 前記電圧リミッタ装置が、少なくとも1つのツェナー装置を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項以上に記載のバリア装置。
- 前記バリア装置内部の非電圧リミッタ装置内の電力消失を低減するように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項以上に記載のバリア装置。
- 前記バリア装置の少なくとも1つの制限抵抗器における電力消失を低減するように構成されている、請求項8に記載のバリア装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項以上に記載のツェナーバリア装置を含む、電子回路。
- 隔離バリアを含む、請求項8に記載の電子回路。
- バリア装置の電圧リミッタ装置の両端でラッチし、前記電圧リミッタ装置での電力消失を低減するように構成されたクローバ装置であって、前記クローバ装置が、前記バリア装置において感知された電流の変化に応答してラッチするように構成されている、クローバ装置。
- 前記電圧リミッタ装置の両端でラッチされると、前記電圧リミッタ装置における電力消失を停止するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のクローバ装置。
- 前記電圧リミッタ装置が、少なくとも1つのツェナー装置を含む、請求項12または13に記載のクローバ装置。
- 前記バリア装置内の非電圧リミッタ装置内の電力消失を低減するように構成されている、請求項12、13、または14のいずれか1項以上に記載のクローバ装置。
- 前記バリア装置の少なくとも1つの制限抵抗器における電力消失を低減するように構成されている、請求項15に記載のクローバ装置。
- 請求項12〜16のいずれか1項以上に記載のクローバ装置を含む、電子回路。
- 隔離バリアを含む、請求項17に記載の電子回路。
- 回路障害状態中のバリア装置の電圧リミッタにおける電力消失を低減する方法であって、前記電力消失を低減するために、前記電圧リミッタの両端にクローバ装置をラッチするステップを含み、前記クローバ装置をラッチする前記ステップが、前記バリア装置における電流の変化を感知することに応答して生じる、方法。
- ヒューズ装置を通る電流の変化を感知するステップを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記クローバ装置が、前記電圧リミッタ装置の両端にラッチされると、前記電圧リミッタ装置内部の無視できる電力消失を除く全ての電力消失を除去する、請求項19または20に記載の方法。
