Claims (21)
- フローセルであって、
第1カバーシートと、
前記第1カバーシートに対向して設けられた第2カバーシートと、
前記第1カバーシートと前記第2カバーシートとの間に並設され、各スペーサ層の両側がそれぞれ前記第1カバーシート及び前記第2カバーシートに接触して、前記第1カバーシートと、前記第2カバーシートと、隣接する2つの前記スペーサ層間に共通して一つの流路を形成し、前記第1カバーシートにおける前記第2カバーシートに近い表面に検出面を形成する少なくとも2つスペーサ層と、
前記流路の一端に設けられ、前記検出面に吸着される第1サンプルを前記流路に注入するための第1開口と、
前記流路の他端に設けられ、第2サンプルを含むマイクロ液滴を前記流路に注入するための第2開口と、を備えることを特徴とするフローセル。 - 前記第1開口の水力半径は、前記第2開口の水力半径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフローセル。

- 前記第1開口と前記第2開口は、いずれも前記第1カバーシート又は前記第2カバーシートに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフローセル。
- フローセル液体出入装置であって、
請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のフローセルと、
第1接合装置と、
第2接合装置とを備え、
前記第1接合装置が前記第1開口と連通し、前記第2接合装置が前記第2開口と連通していることを特徴とするフローセル液体出入装置。 - 前記第2接合装置は、第2接合部を備え、前記第2接合部は、第1接合口と、第2接合口とを含み、前記第2接合口は、前記第2開口に連通し、前記第1接合口は、前記第2開口から離れて設けられ、前記第1接合口の前記流路の延在方向に沿った寸法は、前記第2接合口の前記流路の延在方向に沿った寸法よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフローセル液体出入装置。
- 前記第2接合装置は、第2インターフェースブロックと、第2シールブロックと、をさらに含み、前記第2インターフェースブロックは、前記第1接合口に連通され、前記第2シールブロックは、前記第2接合部に挿設されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のフローセル液体出入装置。
- 前記第2インターフェースブロックは、第2入液通路、第2出液通路、第2制御弁群、および第2共通通路を備え、前記第2共通通路は、前記第1接合口と連通していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のフローセル液体出入装置。
- 前記第2入液通路及び前記第2共通通路の水力半径は、いずれも前記第2出液通路の水力半径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のフローセル液体出入装置。
- 前記第1接合装置は、第1接合部と、第1インターフェースブロックと、第1シールブロックとを含み、前記第1接合部は、一端が前記第1開口に連通し、他端が前記第1インターフェースブロックに連通し、前記第1シールブロックは、前記第1接合部に挿設されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフローセル液体出入装置。
- 前記第1インターフェースブロックは、第1入液通路、第1出液通路、第1制御弁群及び第1共通通路を含み、前記第1共通通路は前記第1接合部に連通していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のフローセル液体出入装置。
- サンプル分析システムであって、
請求項8~14のいずれか一項に記載のフローセル液体出入装置であるフローセル液体出入装置と、
前記第1接合装置を介してフローセルに第1サンプルを注入する第1サンプル配布装置と、
第2サンプルをマイクロ液滴化し、前記第2接合装置を介して前記フローセルに注入する第2サンプル配布装置と、
フローセルの画像を取得する光学イメージング部と、を備えることを特徴とするサンプル分析システム。 - 前記第2サンプル配布装置は、マイクロ液滴発生装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のサンプル分析システム。
- 前記光学イメージング部は、第1レンズモジュールと、第2レンズモジュールと、を含み、前記第1レンズモジュールは、前記第1サンプルの撮像に用いられ、前記第2レンズモジュールは、前記マイクロ液滴の撮像に用いられ、前記第1レンズモジュールの焦点距離は前記第2レンズモジュールの焦点距離より小さく、前記第1レンズモジュールの視野径は前記第2レンズモジュールの視野径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のサンプル分析システム。
- 前記第1レンズモジュールの焦点距離は1~2μm、視野径は1~2mm、前記第2レンズモジュールの焦点距離は1~2mm、視野径は5~10mmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のサンプル分析システム。
- 前記第1レンズモジュールの拡大倍率は、前記第2レンズモジュールの拡大倍率よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のサンプル分析システム。
- 前記光学イメージング部は、第3レンズモジュールと、補償レンズモジュールとを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のサンプル分析システム。
- 前記フローセルに連通する洗浄ユニットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のサンプル分析システム。
