Claims (11)
- 電流遮断部材(CurrentI nterrupt Device、CID);
前記電流遮断部材上に位置し、前記電流遮断部材に電気的に連結された安全ベント;および
前記電流遮断部材の周縁を囲むCIDガスケットを含み、
前記CIDガスケットは、強化材を含み、
前記強化材は、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、セルロース、セラミック粒子およびフィラーのうちの少なくとも一つを含む二次電池。 - 前記CIDガスケットは、前記電流遮断部材の周縁を囲む第1部分、および前記第1部分上に位置して前記電流遮断部材の中心方向に延長された第2部分を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2部分は、前記安全ベントと前記電流遮断部材との間に延長される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記CIDガスケットは、高分子樹脂を含み、
前記高分子樹脂は、ポリプロピレン(polypropylene、PP)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(polyethylene terephthalate、PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(polybutylene terephthalate、PBT)およびペルフルオロアルコキシアルカン(perfluoroalkoxy alkane、PFA)のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記CIDガスケットは、高分子樹脂を含み、
前記高分子樹脂は、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(polybutylene terephthalate、PBT)を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電流遮断部材は、外周部、および前記外周部により囲まれた遮断部を含み、前記二次電池の内圧上昇時、前記遮断部が前記外周部と分離される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントは、前記遮断部と電気的に連結される、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 正極、負極および分離膜を含む電極組立体をさらに含み、
前記外周部は、正極タブを通じて前記正極と電気的に連結される、請求項6に記載の二次電池。 - 前記安全ベント上に位置し、前記安全ベントに電気的に連結された上端キャップをさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 円筒型ケースをさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池を含むデバイス。
