は電解液が負極フィルムシートに還流する最長経路を表す。発明者らは、他の条件が同じである場合、二次電池のエネルギー密度はR又はセルの寸法a、bの増大に伴って増大することを発見した。且つ、Rが大きい場合、電池は充電過程において一定の温度上昇を有し、これにより電池の電気化学的インピーダンスを低下させ、活性イオンの伝導能力を向上させることができ、それにより電池の急速充電性能を向上させることができる。しかし、R又はa、bが大きすぎると、電解液の負極フィルムシートでの還流及び浸潤が困難となり、活性イオンがフィルムシートの表面に還元析出しやすく、それにより急速充電性能に影響を与え、且つ二次電池のサイクル寿命及び高温貯蔵性能を低下させる。また、発明者らは大量の研究により、負極活性材料が人造黒鉛を含み、且つ前記人造黒鉛に二次粒子を含み、並びに、セルの寸法を一定の範囲内に制御すると、二次電池が高い活性材料の割合及び適切な充電温度上昇を有する場合に負極フィルムシートにおける孔路構造を効果的に改善し、電解液の還流抵抗を低下させることができる。同時に、両者が合理的に組み合わさると、電池が急速充放電過程でのセルの膨張を効果的に低減することができ、それにより電池が高いエネルギー密度を有すると同時に、急速充電性能をさらに向上させ、且つサイクル性能を効果的に改善する。さらに、両者が互いに係合すると、さらに電解液の浸潤不良によるセルの局所的なSOC(State of charge、荷電状態)が高すぎるという問題を改善することができ、それにより電池の高温貯蔵性能を改善する。したがって、本願の二次電池は高いエネルギー密度を有する前提で、高い急速充電性能と長いサイクル寿命を両立させることができる。さらに、電池はさらに高い高温貯蔵性能を有することができる。

Claims (10)
- 前記人造黒鉛における前記二次粒子の数量割合SはS≧30%であり、好ましくは、50%≦S≦80%である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記aは、6cm≦a≦13cmであり、好ましくは、7cm≦a≦12cmである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
- 前記人造黒鉛はさらに下記(1)~(6)のうちの一つ又は複数を満たす、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の二次電池。
(1)前記人造黒鉛の粒径分布Dv10は、5.2μm≦Dv10≦8.3μmを満たし、好ましくは、6.6μm≦Dv10≦7.8μmを満たす。
(2)前記人造黒鉛の平均粒径D50は、6μm≦Dv50≦15μmを満たし、好ましくは、8μm≦Dv50≦13μmを満たす。
(3)前記人造黒鉛の粒径分布Dv90は、13μm≦Dv90≦30μmを満たし、好ましくは、15μm≦Dv90≦25μmを満たす。
(4)前記人造黒鉛の比表面積SSAは、0.6m2/g≦SSA≦2.5m2/gを満たし、好ましくは、0.9m2/g≦SSA≦1.7m2/gを満たす。
