Claims (13)
- ポリエチレン10乃至70重量%、生分解性樹脂10乃至60重量%、及びポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)10乃至50重量%を含む
ことを特徴とする生分解性樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリエチレンは、高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、中間密度ポリエチレン(MDPE)、線形低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)、及びエチレンビニル共重合体(EVA)から選択される少なくともいずれか一つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物。 - 前記生分解性樹脂は、熱可塑性デンプン(TPS)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、ポリコハク酸ブチレン(PBS)、ポリグリコール酸(PGA)、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸(PHA)、ポリヒドロキシ酪酸(PHB)、セルロース、及びキチンから選択される少なくともいずれか一つ以上を含む
請求項1に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性デンプンは、米デンプン、小麦デンプン、トウモロコシデンプン、サツマイモデンプン、ジャガイモデンプン、タピオカデンプン、キャッサバデンプン、及びこれらの変性デンプンから選択される少なくともいずれか一つ以上を含む
請求項3に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリエチレンの重量平均分子量は100,000乃至1,000,000である
請求項1に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)の重量平均分子量は10,000乃至100,000である
請求項1に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物。 - 前記生分解性樹脂組成物の溶融温度は100℃乃至130℃であり、溶融指数はASTM D1238基準に190℃の2.16Kgで0.01乃至10g/10minである
請求項1に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物。 - 請求項1ないし7のうちいずれかに記載の生分解性樹脂組成物を含む
ことを特徴とする生分解性フィルム。 - 前記フィルムは、工業用フィルム、食品用フィルム、農業用フィルム、生活用フィルムから選択される少なくともいずれか一つ以上に適用される
請求項8に記載の生分解性フィルム。 - ポリエチレン10乃至70重量%、生分解性樹脂10乃至60重量%、及びポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)10乃至50重量%を含んで、溶融ブレンディング法で製造される
ことを特徴とする生分解性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記溶融ブレンディングは160℃乃至210℃で行われる
請求項10に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記溶融ブレンディングは、圧出器、ニーダ、ブラベンダープラスチコーダー、ミキシングロール、及び混合器から選択される少なくともいずれか一つ以上を使用する
請求項10に記載の生分解性樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記圧出器は、一軸圧出器、二軸圧出器、一軸スクリュー及び二軸スクリュー圧出器から選択されるいずれか一つ以上を使用する
