- 複数の電極が分離膜を介在した状態で積層され、
前記電極から突出した電極タブは電極タブ束を形成した状態で電極リードと結合し、

前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードが結合する電極リード結合部は、接着部及びスポット溶接部を含む、電極組立体。 - 前記スポット溶接部は前記接着部内に形成される、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。

- 前記接着部は、導電性物質が混合された接着性物質からなる、請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記導電性物質は、銀、銅、ニッケル及び炭素からなる群から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項5に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記接着性物質は、エポキシ系またはイミド系のポリマーを含む、請求項5に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記接着部によって結合された部分の接着力はスポット溶接によって結合された部分の結合力より弱い、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極は正極及び負極のうちの少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の電極組立体。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体を含むパウチ型電池セルであって、
前記パウチ型電池セルの内圧増加によって電池ケースが膨張するとき、前記電極リード結合部の前記接着部では前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードが分離され、前記スポット溶接部では前記第1電極リードと前記第2電極リードの結合が維持される、パウチ型電池セル。 - 前記電池ケースの膨張の際、前記絶縁性フィルムによってパウチ型電池セルの密封状態を維持する、請求項10に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
- 前記電池ケースの膨張の際、スポット溶接によって結合が維持される部分を介して電圧測定が可能である、請求項10に記載のパウチ型電池セル。
