Claims (22)
- 基板;
前記基板の下部に形成され、第1面に互いに一定の間隔で配置された二つ以上の第1スリットを含む下部層;および
前記基板の上部に形成され、第1面に互いに一定の間隔で配置された二つ以上の第2スリットを含む上部層を含み、
共振構造を有し、
少なくとも一つのスリットの幅または間隔はダイポールアンテナの共振周波数波長によって決定される、電磁バンドギャップ構造物。 - 前記二つ以上の第1スリット間の間隔は共振周波数波長の0.002以下である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記第1スリットは幅が共振周波数波長の0.015~0.020である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記第1スリットは長さが共振周波数波長の0.05~0.10である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記第1スリットは厚さが共振周波数波長の0.0002以下である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記下部層は銅、金、銀およびアルミニウムからなる群から選択された一つ以上の金属で形成された、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記第1スリットと第2スリットは互いに重ならないように等間隔で配置される、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記二つ以上の第2スリット間の間隔は共振周波数波長の0.002以下である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記第2スリットは幅が共振周波数波長の0.015~0.020である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記第2スリットは長さが共振周波数波長の0.05~0.10である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記第2スリットは厚さが共振周波数波長の0.0002以下である、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 前記上部層は銅、金、銀およびアルミニウムからなる群から選択された一つ以上の金属で形成された、請求項1に記載の電磁バンドギャップ構造物。
- 請求項1に記載された電磁バンドギャップ構造物;
前記電磁バンドギャップ構造物の下部層の第1面と離隔して備えられた第1ダイポール素子および前記電磁バンドギャップ構造物の上部層の第1面と離隔して備えられた第2ダイポール素子を有するダイポールアンテナ;および
前記ダイポールアンテナの第1ダイポール素子と第2ダイポール素子に電気的信号を印加する電源部を含む、指向性アンテナ。 - 前記第1ダイポール素子および第2ダイポール素子それぞれは前記電磁バンドギャップ構造物の第1面と平行であり、第1電源線および第2電源線それぞれによって前記電源部に連結される、請求項13に記載の指向性アンテナ。
- 前記第1ダイポール素子および第2ダイポール素子それぞれは、前記電磁バンドギャップ構造物の第1面と共振周波数波長の0.06以下の間隔で備えられる、請求項14に記載の指向性アンテナ。
- 前記第1電源線および第2電源線を基準として対称となっている状態で前記第1ダイポール素子および第2ダイポール素子の長さの和は、共振周波数波長の0.35~0.6である、請求項14に記載の指向性アンテナ。
- 前記ダイポールアンテナは共振周波数の帯域幅が15%以上である、請求項13に記載の指向性アンテナ。
- 前記ダイポールアンテナは最大具現利得が2dBi以上である、請求項13に記載の指向性アンテナ。
- 前記ダイポールアンテナは放射効率が80%以上である、請求項13に記載の指向性アンテナ。
- 前記ダイポールアンテナは前後方放射比率が8dB以上である、請求項13に記載の指向性アンテナ。
- 請求項13に記載された指向性アンテナを含む、航空電子装備。
- 請求項13に記載された指向性アンテナを含む、携帯用測定装備。
