Claims (15)
- スプレー側(3a)およびふるい側(3b)を備えた基板(3)と、
前記スプレー側(3a)に設けられたスプレー膜(7)と、
前記ふるい側(3b)に設けられたふるい膜(9)と、
を備えたスプレーノズルチップ(1)であって、
前記スプレー膜(7)にはスプレーオリフィス(11)が設けられ、前記ふるい膜(9)にはふるいオリフィス(13)が設けられ、前記基板(3)は、前記スプレーオリフィス(11)を前記ふるいオリフィス(13)と連結した流体チャネル(15)を備えており、
前記スプレーノズルチップは、前記スプレー膜(7)の変形を測定して、前記スプレー膜(7)に加えられた圧力の測定値を得るように構成された圧力検知装置(12)を備えている、スプレーノズルチップ(1)。 - 前記スプレーオリフィス(11)は、前記スプレー膜(7)のスプレーオリフィス領域内に設けられ、前記圧力検知装置(12)は、前記スプレーオリフィス領域の変形を検出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 前記圧力検知装置(12)は、ひずみゲージセンサ、容量型圧力センサ、およびピエゾ抵抗型圧力センサのうちの1つを備えている、請求項1または2に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 前記圧力検知装置(12)は微小電気機械システム、すなわちMEMS圧力センサである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 前記圧力検知装置(12)は前記スプレー膜(7)に配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 基準圧力検知装置(19)を備え、前記基板(3)は、前記スプレー膜(7)の基準圧力領域により区切られた閉鎖キャビティ(17)を備え、前記基準圧力検知装置(19)は、前記基準圧力領域の変形を測定するように構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 前記キャビティ(17)は真空キャビティである、請求項6に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 前記基準圧力検知装置(19)は、ひずみゲージセンサ、容量型圧力センサ、およびピエゾ抵抗型圧力センサのうちの1つを備えている、請求項6または7に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 前記基準圧力検知装置(19)はMEMS圧力センサである、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 前記基準圧力検知装置(19)は前記スプレー膜(7)に配置されている、請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)と、
前記圧力検知装置(12)に電気的に接続されて、前記圧力検知装置(12)へと電力を供給し、且つ前記圧力検知装置(12)からの圧力測定信号を得るように構成された接触インターフェイス(21)と、
を備えた、スプレーノズル装置(29)。 - 請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載のスプレーノズルチップ(1)を備え、前記接触インターフェイス(21)は、前記基準圧力検知装置(19)に電気的に接続されて、前記基準圧力検知装置(19)へと電力を供給し、且つ前記基準圧力検知装置(19)からの圧力測定信号を得るように構成されている、請求項11に記載のスプレーノズル装置(29)。
- 請求項11または12に記載のスプレーノズル装置(29)を備えている、エアロゾルディスペンサ(33)。
- 前記エアロゾルディスペンサ(33)は薬剤送達装置である、請求項13に記載のエアロゾルディスペンサ(33)。
