Claims (15)
- 非空気式タイヤであって、
環状内側リングと、
環状外側リングと、
前記環状内側リングから前記環状外側リングまで延在する支持構造と、
前記環状外側リングの周りに半径方向に配置されたトレッドと、
前記環状内側リングの半径方向外側表面から半径方向に延在する内側部材を含むバンプ停止部であって、前記内側部材が、半径方向外側表面を有し、前記環状内側リングの前記半径方向外側表面から前記内側部材の前記半径方向外側表面までの第1の半径方向距離が、前記環状内側リングの前記半径方向外側表面から前記トレッドの外側表面までの第2の半径方向距離未満である、バンプ停止部と、を備える、非空気式タイヤ。 - 前記内側部材が、前記環状外側リングの外周から横方向に離間している、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記内側部材の前記半径方向外側表面が、前記環状外側リングの半径方向内側表面に面する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記内側部材の前記半径方向外側表面が、前記環状外側リングの前記半径方向内側表面に当接する、請求項3に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記内側部材の前記半径方向外側表面が、前記環状外側リングの前記半径方向内側表面から離間している、請求項3に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記内側部材が、前記内側部材の前記半径方向外側表面を画定するコンプライアント端部を有し、前記コンプライアント端部の弾性率が、前記内側部材の弾性率未満である、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記バンプ停止部が、前記環状外側リングの半径方向内側表面から半径方向に延在する外側部材を含み、前記外側部材が、前記内側部材の前記半径方向外側表面に面する半径方向内側表面を有する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記内側部材が、前記内側部材の前記半径方向外側表面を画定する外側コンプライアント端部を有し、前記外側部材が、前記外側部材の前記半径方向内側表面を画定する内側コンプライアント端部を有し、前記内側部材の前記外側コンプライアント端部の弾性率が、前記内側部材の弾性率未満であり、前記外側部材の前記内側コンプライアント端部の弾性率が、前記外側部材の弾性率未満である、請求項7に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記第1の部材が、半径方向断面に対して半径方向に平面状のプロファイルを有する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記第1の部材が、半径方向断面に対して半径方向に非平面状のプロファイルを有する、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記支持構造が、第2の支持構造から軸方向に離間している第1の支持構造を含む、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記第1の部材が、前記第1の支持構造と前記第2の支持構造との間に軸方向に配置されている、請求項11に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 前記トレッドが、円周方向金属バンドを含む、請求項1に記載の非空気式タイヤ。
- 非空気圧式タイヤを組み立てる方法であって、
