Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a camper box (trailer house) that can be towed and moved by a camper.
However, in the camper car described in
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide a box for a camper car and a camper car that can greatly expand the storage space and have excellent heat insulation properties. .

The camper box of the present invention according to
As explained above, according to the present invention, the storage space inside the camper box can be expanded both in the horizontal direction and the height direction. What's more, compared to conventional campers that use a lot of waterproof sheets, heat can be kept in check. Therefore, the accommodation space can be expanded more than before, and the heat insulation can be improved.
Furthermore, since the electronic devices provided in the off-
Furthermore, since the solar cells are slidably installed on the outside of the roof, the area that receives sunlight is doubled, thereby improving power generation capacity.
Hereinafter, one embodiment (first example) of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1A, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 3(a), (b) and 4(a), (b), the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5(c), the
As shown in FIG. 4(a), in the drive mode, the second
FIG. 7(a) shows the
As shown in FIG. 7(b), the
As shown in FIGS. 8(a) to (c), the
The

FIG. 9(a) is a rear view showing the box in camping mode, and FIG. 9(b) is an enlarged rear view of the placing

As shown in FIG. 10(a), two legs 51 are attached to the
FIG. 10(b) is a plan view of the gap Q between the
As the material constituting the
Next, the operation when changing the mode in
On the other hand, when taking a break at a campsite or sleeping overnight, the setting of the
The rotation of the
Next, the
Next, the
As explained above, according to the present embodiment, the
Therefore, by changing from the drive mode to the camp mode, the storage space inside the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
Specifically, the
In the present embodiment, in the camping mode, a part of the
In this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
The
Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various changes and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit thereof. For example, in the above embodiment, in the camping mode, the end of the inner box is arranged so as to protrude in the pull-out direction than the end of the roof member. It may be arranged inside the end of the member.
In the above embodiment, the box is of a side-opening type that opens to the right, but the box may also be of a side-opening type that opens to the left, and the first side wall may be of a side-opening type that opens to the left. , the second side wall and the fourth side wall may be disposed on the right or left side, and the third side wall may be disposed on the rear, respectively, and the roof member may be of a rear-opening type that opens rearward.
In the case of such a rear-opening type, the first side wall may have a front opening for communicating the box with the driver's seat side of the vehicle body.
In the above embodiment, the case where the box is placed on the loading platform of the car body has been described as an example, but for example, at least two wheels may be attached to the bottom of the box and the box may be pulled by the car body.
In the above embodiment, the roof member rotates around the end of the top plate and the upper end of the first side wall as a fulcrum. It's fine if it's on the side. Therefore, the rotational position of the roof member may be set somewhere between the vicinity of the center of the top plate and the end of the first side wall of the top plate.
In the above embodiment, the case where the car body and the box are separate bodies has been described as an example, but the camper car of the present invention may be a so-called 1BOX car type in which the car body and the box are integrated. . That is, in the camper car in this case, a storage section having a storage space is provided behind the driver's seat. The accommodating part includes an outer wall part having a top plate, a bottom plate, and three right, left, and rear side walls, and an outer wall part that can be accommodated inside the outer wall part and slidable in a substantially horizontal direction with respect to the outer wall part. It is equipped with an internal box supported by. The outer wall portion includes two of the three side walls, a first side wall and a second side wall, a bottom plate, the remaining one, the third side wall, a base member having an opening upwardly, and a third side wall. The roof member includes a side wall and a top plate, and is rotatably attached to the base member using a portion of the top plate (for example, an end of the top plate) as a fulcrum. The inner box is open on the side opposite to the third side wall of the outer wall (for example, the first side of the outer wall in the case of a side-opening type, and the front side in the case of a rear-opening type) and the upper side. This camper has two drive modes: one in which the internal box is housed inside the outer wall and the opening in the base member is closed by the roof member, and the other in which the roof member is rotated upward relative to the base member to open the opening in the outer wall. Then, slide the inner box in a substantially horizontal direction, pull out a part of the inner box from the opening to the outside of the outer wall, place the roof member on top of the pulled-out inner box, and open the upper opening of the inner box. It has a camping mode covered by a roof member.

As shown in Figures 11 and 12, a block type battery consists of a parent unit (basic unit) and multiple slave units (
Battery cells (single cells) are the basics, and battery modules are created by combining battery cells (battery assembly). 4 By connecting these cells in series, 12.8V/210AH can be achieved. By connecting these in parallel, 12.8V/420AH can be achieved, and by further connecting four battery modules in series, the voltage will be 12.8V x 4 or 51.2V (battery pack storage battery). The large, high-capacity battery pack can be used as a power battery, and can be used in electric forklifts, electric hand lifts, friend transport pullers, automated guided vehicles at material handling sites, and golf carts.
A trailer house equipped with a storage battery according to the present invention (see FIGS. 30 and 31) will be explained using FIGS. 13 to 29.
The older type is designed to change the angle of the solar panel by attaching a jack to it. This would require a stronger frame to increase durability, and the weight would not fall within the standards of the Road Traffic Act.
Therefore, the roof of the trailer house itself is made into a triangular roof to solve the weight problem. In order to increase the amount of power generated, a sliding mechanism was installed on the roof to increase the number of solar panels installed, but this mechanism remains.
There have been ideas for installing solar panels on trailer homes, but the only way to do so was to move the trailer home to the location where it would be installed and then perform construction work to install the solar panels at that location.
This is strictly stipulated by the Road Traffic Act that in order to obtain a license plate and drive on the road, the total weight of the trailer house must be within 2,500 kg, and the weight of the solar panel or the weight of the solar panel must be combined with the weight of the trailer house itself. This is because if you add in the weight of the frame, storage battery, etc., it is impossible to keep the weight within the specified weight.
In mobile homes where it is desirable to be able to move freely, it is extremely difficult to remove the solar panels each time the solar panels are moved and then to install them after each move, and a solution to this problem has been sought.
In this project, we solved this weight regulation problem and developed a trailer house equipped with storage batteries that can be moved freely with solar panels installed.
The first feature is that in order to increase the power generation efficiency of solar panels, it is necessary to create an inclination of about 30 degrees, but this inclination is incorporated into the design of the trailer house from the beginning, and solar panels are attached directly to the sloped roof. I took the construction method.
In order to ensure that the solar panel is strong enough to not come off while driving, the solar panel mounting brackets are fixed directly to the top of the sloping roof, ensuring the required strength with a minimum number of materials.
Also, in order to increase the amount of power generated, it is necessary to install more solar panels, but the roof area of the trailer house alone cannot secure enough power to continue operating electrical appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators. After installing the trailer house, the only option was to install the required number of solar panels in another location.
In order to solve this problem, this project uses a mechanism that allows the solar panels to be slid out while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the area exposed to sunlight by the solar panels. Additionally, after the solar panel appears, a mechanism is installed to secure it with a support rod to ensure safety. The slide mechanism and the installation of the handrail are easy for anyone to do.
The newly proposed trailer house equipped with a storage battery that solves the problem of weight regulations and can be moved freely with solar panels installed can be used to quickly arrive at the site in the event of a disaster, without having to do any construction work the moment it arrives. Since it can generate and store electricity, it can be an extremely effective means of disaster prevention in the future.
