Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable wearing article having a function of preventing back leakage.
Pants-type disposable diapers, pant-type sanitary products, and other pants-type disposable wearing articles have widthwise elasticity around the waist, making it difficult to create a gap between the wearer's back and the diaper. A situation in which excrement such as urine leaks out (so-called back leakage) is less likely to occur.
For example, a typical pants-type disposable diaper includes an exterior body that forms at least the waist area of the front body and the waist area of the back body, and an absorbent body attached to the exterior body from the front body to the back body. A waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings are formed by joining both side edges of the front body exterior body and both side edges of the rear body body exterior body to form a side seal. This is what is being done. The exterior body is provided with an elastic member in the waist circumference area defined as the front-rear range (range from the waist opening to the upper end of the leg openings) in the front-rear direction with side seals, thereby adding elasticity in the width direction. has been done. As the elastic member, in addition to those using an elongated elastic member such as a rubber thread, there are also known ones using an elastic film. (For example, see
Furthermore, in order to further improve the prevention of back leakage, it has been proposed to provide a back barrier even in pants-type disposable wearing articles (for example, see Patent Document 1).
However, in conventional pants-type disposable wearing articles equipped with a back barrier, the back barrier may be used in a collapsed state. In other words, the dorsal barrier is not only installed in a flat state during manufacturing and pressurized in the thickness direction, but also pressurized in the thickness direction until it is used afterwards. As a result, even when the product is used, the rising portion may remain weakly attached to the opposing surface in a fallen state. Therefore, if the device is used without being aware of this situation, there is a risk that the leakage prevention function will be insufficient, and it is desirable to raise the dorsal barrier once before use.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a pants-type disposable wearing article in which the back barrier automatically rises to fit the wearer.

The pants-type disposable wearing article that solved the above problems is as follows.
<First aspect>
An integral exterior body extending from the front body to the back body, or an exterior body provided separately on the front body and the back body,
an interior body attached to the middle of the exterior body in the width direction so as to extend from the front body through the crotch region to the back body;
a pair of side seals formed by joining both sides of the exterior body in the front body and both sides of the exterior body in the back body, respectively;
a waist opening formed by the front edge of the front body and the rear edge of the back body;
leg openings provided on both sides of the interior body,
A dorsal barrier having a portion that rises inwardly extends in the width direction from one side seal to the other side seal on the waist opening side of the crotch area in the rear body,
The dorsal barrier has a first part fixed to the back body, a second part extending forward from the front edge of the first part, and a front edge of the second part over its entire width direction. and a third portion extending rearward by being folded back from
In the part of the back barrier located in the middle in the width direction, the back surface of the second part and the surface of the back body are not joined throughout, and the surface of the second part and the surface of the third part are not joined together. It has a high rising part that is not joined to the back side throughout,
In the portions of the backside barrier located on both sides of the high rise portion, at least the front end portion of the back surface of the second portion and the surface of the back body are joined over the entirety, and The front surface and the back surface of the third portion are not joined throughout and are a low rising portion,
An elongated barrier elastic member is attached to at least the rear end portion of the third portion along the width direction from one of the low rising portions to the high rising portion and extending across the other low rising portion;
The portion of the third portion including the barrier elastic member is elastically contracted in the width direction together with the barrier elastic member in a natural length state, and is elastically expandable in the width direction.
A pants-type disposable wearing article characterized by:
(effect)
In this pants-type disposable article, when worn, the third part of the dorsal barrier rises up along the skin and comes into close contact with the skin, thereby suppressing the gap between the back body and the body surface and preventing leakage. can. In particular, the dorsal barrier has a high rise part where the second and third parts rise (in other words, the height at which it can rise is relatively high) in the middle of the width direction where gaps are likely to occur. , on both sides thereof, the second part does not rise and only the third part rises (in other words, the height at which it can rise is low) is a low rising part. The high rise portion has a high height at which it can rise, so it has excellent leak prevention properties, but it is also relatively easy to move. On the other hand, although the low rise portion has poor leak prevention properties, its folded state is easily maintained. Therefore, if the entire width of the dorsal barrier has a high rising portion, when the article is put on or worn, the third portion may partially fall down to the front side, resulting in an undesirable situation such as worsening the wearing feeling. There is a risk that On the other hand, when low rise parts are continuous on both sides of a high rise part like in the real product, the folded state of the high rise parts is also maintained due to the effect of maintaining the folded state of the low rise parts. It becomes like this.
<Second aspect>
The dimension of the second portion in the front-rear direction is 10 to 30 mm,
The second portion is not provided with an elastic member,
The dimension in the front-rear direction of the third portion is 0.5 to 1.5 times the dimension in the front-rear direction of the second portion,
A plurality of the barrier elastic members are provided in the third portion at intervals in the front-rear direction,
No elastic member is provided within 5 mm from the boundary with the second portion in the third portion,
The elongation rate of the third portion at maximum elongation in the width direction is 200 to 300%.
A pants-type disposable wearing article according to the first aspect.
(effect)
The dimensions of each part of the dorsal barrier can be determined as appropriate, but it is preferable that the dimensions are within the range of this embodiment because the high rising part of the third part rises more closely to the skin and makes it easier to make contact with the surface.
<Third aspect>
The inner body has an absorbent body extending from the front side of the crotch region to the first portion,
An end on the center side in the width direction of the low rise portion is located on both ends in the width direction of the absorbent body.
The pants-type disposable wearing article according to the first or second aspect.
(effect)
If the width of the high rise part is unnecessarily wide, or if the low rise part that maintains the shape of the high rise part is easily deformed, there is a high risk that the high rise part will become unfavorable due to the deformation that occurs during wear. . In contrast, in this embodiment, the low rise portion extends to a portion having a relatively rigid absorbent body, and becomes a high rise portion from there, so that the shape maintenance effect of the low rise portion is enhanced, and the As a result, the shape-maintaining effect of the high rising portion is also enhanced.
<Fourth aspect>
Elongated elastic members along the width direction are attached adjacent to at least both front and rear sides of the third portion in the range in the front and back direction including the side seal in the exterior body,
A region of the exterior body having the elastic member is elastically contracted in the width direction together with the elastic member of the exterior body in a state of natural length, and can be elastically expanded in the width direction;
The barrier elastic member and the elastic member of the exterior body are elastic members having the same thickness and the same elastic modulus attached at the same elongation rate,
The pants-type disposable wearing article according to any one of the first to third aspects.
(effect)
Pants-type disposable wearing articles generally have an elastic member along the width direction in the waist region of the exterior body. In this case, if the feeling of tightness due to the barrier elastic member is different from the feeling of tightening due to the elastic members of the exterior body located in the vicinity of the front and rear of the barrier elastic member, there is a risk of causing a sense of discomfort. Therefore, as in this embodiment, the barrier elastic member and the elastic members of the exterior body in the vicinity of the front and rear of the barrier elastic member are attached with elastic members having the same thickness and the same elastic modulus at the same elongation rate to make it difficult to feel discomfort. is preferable.
As described above, according to the present invention, advantages such as the ability of the dorsal barrier to automatically rise and fit are brought about.
Hereinafter, a pants-type disposable diaper will be explained in detail as an example of a pants-type disposable wearing article with reference to the accompanying drawings. The constituent members adjacent in the thickness direction are fixed or joined as necessary in the same manner as in known diapers, except for the fixing or joining portions described below. The dotted portion in the cross-sectional view indicates an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive as the fixing or joining means. Hot melt adhesives can be applied by known methods such as slot coating, continuous line or dotted bead coating, spiral, Z-shaped, wavy, etc. spray coating, or pattern coating (transfer of hot melt adhesive using a letterpress method). It can be applied by any method. Alternatively or additionally, at the fixed portion of the elastic member, a hot melt adhesive can be applied to the outer circumferential surface of the elastic member to secure the elastic member to the adjacent member. Examples of hot melt adhesives include EVA adhesives, adhesive rubber adhesives (elastomer adhesives), polyolefin adhesives, and polyester/polyamide adhesives, which can be used without particular limitation. As the fixing or joining means for joining each component, means for welding materials such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing can also be used. In areas where liquid permeability in the thickness direction is required, constituent members adjacent in the thickness direction are fixed or bonded in an intermittent pattern. For example, when such intermittent fixing or bonding is performed using hot melt adhesive, intermittent pattern coating such as spiral, Z-shaped, or wavy patterns can be suitably used, and the coating can be applied over an area larger than the coating width with one nozzle. When coating, intermittent pattern coating such as a spiral, Z-shaped, wavy pattern, etc. can be performed with or without intervals in the width direction. As a joining means for joining each component, means by material welding such as heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing can also be used.
Furthermore, as the nonwoven fabric in the following description, any known nonwoven fabric can be used as appropriate depending on the site and purpose. The constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric include, for example, polyolefins such as polyethylene or polypropylene, synthetic fibers such as polyester and polyamide (including monocomponent fibers as well as composite fibers such as core-sheath fibers), as well as recycled rayon and cupro. Fibers, natural fibers such as cotton, etc. can be selected without particular limitation, and a mixture of these can also be used. In order to increase the flexibility of the nonwoven fabric, it is preferable that the constituent fibers be crimped fibers. In addition, even if the constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric are hydrophilic fibers (including fibers made hydrophilic by a hydrophilizing agent), hydrophobic fibers or water-repellent fibers (including fibers made water-repellent by a water-repellent agent) ). In addition, nonwoven fabrics generally vary depending on the fiber length, sheet forming method, fiber binding method, and laminated structure. It is classified into nonwoven fabrics, point bonded nonwoven fabrics, laminated nonwoven fabrics (including SMS nonwoven fabrics with a meltblown layer sandwiched between spunbond layers, SMMS nonwoven fabrics, etc.), and any of these nonwoven fabrics can be used.

The rising gathers 60 (so-called three-dimensional gathers) shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4 stand up from the sides of the
To explain in more detail, the raised gathers 60 in the illustrated example is made by folding a band-shaped gathered
In the rising gathers 60 configured as described above, the contractile force of the gather
Like the rising gathers 60 in the illustrated example, the
The gathered

The

(Super absorbent polymer particles)

Although any material can be used for the superabsorbent polymer particles without particular limitation, those with a water absorption of 40 g/g or more are preferred. Superabsorbent polymer particles include starch-based, cellulose-based, and synthetic polymer-based particles, including starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymers, saponified starch-acrylonitrile copolymers, and cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Materials such as acrylic acid (salt) and acrylic acid (salt) polymers can be used. The shape of the superabsorbent polymer particles is preferably a commonly used powder or granule, but other shapes can also be used.

(Cover non-woven fabric)
In a pant-type disposable diaper with a two-part exterior, the
The
The range of the

In this pants-type disposable wearing article, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, when worn, the

In the structure shown in FIG. 12, a
It is preferable that the
The dimensions of each part of the
