Claims (8)
- 開口を有する本体および前記本体を封止する封口板を含むケースと、
前記ケースに収容され、電極タブを有する電極体と、
前記電極タブに接合される集電体とを備え、
前記電極タブは金属箔の積層構造を有し、
前記金属箔の積層方向に沿った複数のバーリング加工部が前記電極タブに形成され、
少なくとも前記複数のバーリング加工部の間に位置する領域、または少なくとも前記複数のバーリング加工部に隣接する領域に前記電極タブと前記集電体とを接合するレーザ溶接部が形成される、電池セル。 - 前記レーザ溶接部は、前記金属箔の積層方向からみて、前記バーリング加工部と離間する、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記バーリング加工部は、前記電極タブの総厚みの50%以上の加工深さを有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記バーリング加工部は、先端に向かうにつれて加工幅が狭くなるテーパ形状を有する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池セル。
- 金属箔の積層構造を有する電極タブを含む電極体を作製する工程と、
前記電極タブ上に集電体を配置する工程と、
互いに離間した第1の位置および第2の位置において前記電極タブに前記金属箔の積層方向に沿ってバーリング加工を施す工程と、
少なくとも前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の間に位置する領域、または少なくとも前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置に隣接する領域において前記電極タブと前記集電体とをレーザ溶接により接合する工程と、
前記電極タブと前記集電体とを接合した後に、前記電極体および前記集電体をケース本体に収容する工程と、
前記電極体および前記集電体を収容した前記ケース本体を封口板により封止する工程とを備えた、電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記レーザ溶接が施される領域は、前記金属箔の積層方向からみて、前記電極タブおよび前記集電体における前記バーリング加工が施された領域と離間する、請求項5に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記バーリング加工は、前記電極タブの総厚みの50%以上の深さにまで施される、請求項5または請求項6に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
- 前記バーリング加工は、先端に向かうにつれて加工幅が狭くなるように施される、請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電池セルの製造方法。
