前記低温室に接続される脱酸素装置であって、ケーシングと、電気化学アセンブリとを備え、前記ケーシングは、前端面と、後端面と、前記前端面と前記後端面との間に位置する空間と、前記空間に連通する上部排気孔とを備え、前記前端面には、前記低温室に露出する給気口が定義され、前記電気化学アセンブリは、前記空間に設けられ且つ前記給気口を介して外部と接触し、前記電気化学アセンブリは、
前記給気口と隣り合って自然と前記低温室の気体を受け取る陰極部であって、第1陰極板と、前記第1陰極板と対向する第2陰極板と、集電板とを備え、前記第1陰極板は、前記給気口に隣接し、前記第1陰極板と前記第2陰極板の中央領域は、前記集電板を挟み、且つ前記第1陰極板及び前記第2陰極板の周辺領域が互いに接合して前記集電板を密封して被覆する前記陰極部と、
前記陰極部と対向して設けられる陽極部と、
前記陽極部と前記陰極部との間に設けられて前記陽極部と前記陰極部を隔離するセパレータと、
前記空間内に設けられて前記陰極部及び前記陽極部と接触する電解質であって、前記空間内において前記陰極部を覆って、前記空間を前記電解質が注入されず且つ前記上部排気孔に連通する上方領域と、前記電解質が注入され且つ前記上部排気孔と隔離される下方領域とに分割する前記電解質とを備え、
前記第1陰極板、前記第2陰極板、前記集電板は、それぞれ、第1孔径、第2孔径、第3孔径を有する構造であり、前記第1孔径、前記第2孔径は、それぞれ、気体分子を通過させながら前記電解質に対して疎水性がある範囲にあり、且つ、前記第3孔径は、前記第1孔径、前記第2孔径より大きく、このようにして、前記低温室の気体は、前記陰極部を介して前記電気化学アセンブリに入ることができる前記脱酸素装置とを含み、
前記電気化学アセンブリの前記陰極部は、前記低温室の気体と下記の反応(1)を行い、
O2+2H2O+4e→4OH- (1)
前記電気化学アセンブリの前記陽極部は、前記低温室の気体と下記の反応(2)を行い、
4OH--4e→O2+2H2O (2)
反応(2)において発生した酸素ガスは、前記上方領域から前記上部排気孔に接続された外部管路を介して前記電気冷蔵庫から排出されることを特徴とする電気冷蔵庫。 - 前端面と、後端面と、前記前端面と前記後端面との間に位置する空間と、前記空間に連通する上部排気孔とを備え、前記前端面には、外部に露出する給気口が定義されるケーシングと、
前記空間に設けられ且つ前記給気口を介して外部と接触する電気化学アセンブリであって、
前記給気口と隣り合って自然と外部の酸素含有気体を受け取る陰極部であって、第1陰極板と、前記第1陰極板と対向する第2陰極板と、集電板とを備え、前記第1陰極板は、前記給気口に隣接し、前記第1陰極板と前記第2陰極板の中央領域は、前記集電板を挟み、且つ前記第1陰極板及び前記第2陰極板の周辺領域が互いに接合して前記集電板を密封して被覆する前記陰極部と、
前記陰極部と対向して設けられる陽極部と、
前記陽極部と前記陰極部との間に設けられて前記陽極部と前記陰極部を隔離するセパレータと、
前記空間内に設けられて前記陰極部及び前記陽極部と接触する電解質であって、前記空間内において前記陰極部を覆って、前記空間を前記電解質が注入されず且つ前記上部排気孔に連通する上方領域と、前記電解質が注入され且つ前記上部排気孔と隔離される下方領域とに分割する前記電解質とを備え、
前記第1陰極板、前記第2陰極板、前記集電板は、それぞれ、第1孔径、第2孔径、第3孔径を有する構造であり、前記第1孔径、前記第2孔径は、それぞれ、気体分子を通過させながら前記電解質に対して疎水性がある範囲にあり、且つ、前記第3孔径は、前記第1孔径、前記第2孔径より大きく、このようにして、外部の前記酸素含有気体は、前記陰極部を介して前記電気化学アセンブリに入ることができる前記電気化学アセンブリとを含み、
前記電気化学アセンブリの前記陰極部は、前記酸素含有気体と下記の反応(1)を行い、
O2+2H2O+4e→4OH- (1)
前記電気化学アセンブリの前記陽極部は、前記酸素含有気体と下記の反応(2)を行いう
4OH--4e→O2+2H2O (2)
ことを特徴とする脱酸素装置。
