Abstract
Description
上述した実施の形態において、蓄電モジュール10が、2つの蓄電スタックを含む場合を例示して説明したが、蓄電スタックの数はこれに限定されず、1つであってもよいし、3つ以上であってもよい。
Claims (6)
- 内側表面および外側表面を含む底部を有するロアケースと、
前記底部の前記内側表面に熱的に接続された1つ以上の蓄電モジュールと、
前記底部の前記外側表面側に設けられ、前記底部を介して前記1つ以上の蓄電モジュールを冷却する冷却器と、を備え、
前記冷却器は、前記ロアケースよりも剛性の低い部材で構成されており、
前記冷却器は、前記底部に向かうように力を発現させる力発現部を含む、蓄電装置。 - 前記冷却器は、前記1つ以上の蓄電モジュールを冷却する1つ以上の冷却部と、前記1つ以上の冷却部を保持する保持部と、前記保持部から外側に突出し、前記底部の前記外側表面に締結される締結片部とを含み、
前記締結片部は、前記保持部に接続される根元部を含み、前記根元部には切欠部が設けられており、
前記力発現部は、前記締結片部によって構成されている、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記1つ以上の蓄電モジュールの各々は、第1方向に並んで配置された第1蓄電スタックおよび第2蓄電スタックを含み、
前記第1蓄電スタックおよび前記第2蓄電スタックは、前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に配列する複数の蓄電セルを含み、
前記1つ以上の冷却部の各々は、前記第1蓄電スタックとで前記底部を挟み込むように前記底部の下方に配置された第1モジュール冷却部と、前記第2蓄電スタックとで前記底部を挟み込むように前記底部の下方に配置された第2モジュール冷却部と、を含み、
前記第1モジュール冷却部および前記第2モジュール冷却部は、前記第2方向に沿って延在し、前記第2方向において第1端部および第2端部を有し、
前記保持部は、前記第1方向に沿って延在し、前記第1モジュール冷却部および前記第2モジュール冷却部の前記第1端部同士を保持する第1保持部と、前記第1方向に沿って延在し、前記第1モジュール冷却部および前記第2モジュール冷却部の前記第2端部同士を保持する第2保持部とを含み、
前記締結片部は、前記第1方向において前記第1モジュール冷却部と前記第2モジュール冷却部との間に位置する部分の前記第1保持部から前記第2方向に沿って外側に突出する第1締結片部と、前記第1方向において前記第1モジュール冷却部と前記第2モジュール冷却部との間に位置する部分の前記第2保持部から前記第2方向に沿って外側に突出する第2締結片部と、を含む、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記冷却器の下方側から前記冷却器を覆うパネルと、
ダンパ部材と、を備え、
前記1つ以上の蓄電モジュールの各々は、第1方向に並んで配置された第1蓄電スタックおよび第2蓄電スタックを含み、
前記1つ以上の冷却部の各々は、前記第1蓄電スタックとで前記底部を挟み込むように前記底部の下方に配置された第1モジュール冷却部と、前記第2蓄電スタックとで前記底部を挟み込むように前記底部の下方に配置された第2モジュール冷却部と、を含み、
前記冷却器は、前記第1モジュール冷却部と前記第2モジュール冷却部とを接続する接続片部を含み、
前記ダンパ部材は、前記接続片部と前記パネルとに挟み込まれるように設けられており、
前記力発現部は、前記ダンパ部材によって構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記冷却器の下方側から前記冷却器を覆うパネルを備え、
前記1つ以上の蓄電モジュールは、第1方向に並んで配置された複数の蓄電モジュールを含み、
前記1つ以上の冷却部は、前記複数の蓄電モジュールに対応して前記第1方向に間隔あけて並ぶように配置された複数の冷却部を含み、
前記冷却器は、互いに隣り合う前記冷却部を接続する補強片部を含み、
前記補強片部は、前記底部と前記パネルとに挟み込まれるように設けられており、
前記力発現部は、前記補強片部によって構成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記冷却器の下方側から前記冷却器を覆うパネルを備え、
前記冷却器は、前記1つ以上の蓄電モジュールを冷却する1つ以上の冷却部と、前記1つ以上の冷却部を保持する保持部と、前記保持部から外側に突出する突出片部と、を含み、
前記突出片部は、前記底部と前記パネルとに挟み込まれるように設けられており、
前記力発現部は、前記突出片部によって構成されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
