In the present invention, the dimensions and members shown in the examples and drawings are only examples, and can be replaced with known other dimensioned members that perform similar functions. For example, the thickness of the molding plate and the dimensions of the separator plate can be freely set depending on the strength. Also, the size of the molded member fixed in a ladder shape can be freely set. Furthermore, the invention can be carried out without any trouble as long as the material can provide strength, such as a material that can replace wood.

The cedar and cypress forests that were planted after the war, when they reached the age suitable for logging, were abandoned due to thinning and forest abandonment due to foreign timber. However, timber from forests, which make up 63% of the country's land area, is an inexhaustible treasure resource of our country, and it is an important issue for the government to increase consumption of domestic timber. As is well known, it is the cornerstone of regional revitalization. The plate material used for the concrete rainwater tank fixed to the wall of the structure of the present invention is mainly made of domestically produced wood. can contribute significantly to Furthermore, the spread of concrete rainwater tanks that are fixed to walls will greatly contribute to disaster prevention in Japan, such as the effect of controlling floods and the effective use of rainwater.
