Claims (10)
- 遠心混合機で混合された成分の排出方法であって、
遠心混合機で混合された少なくとも2つの成分が配置された、上向きに開いた混合カップ(10)を用意し、
出口(24)を備えたピストン(16)で混合カップ(10)を閉じ、
出口(24)が下向きになるように混合カップ(10)を回転させ、
混合カップの内容物が出口(24)から出るように、混合カップ(10)内のピストン(16)を変位させる、
ステップを備えた、排出方法。 - ピストン(16)が使用され、その出口(24)が、特に混合カップ(10)の高さよりも長いパイプスタブ(20)の端部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排出方法。
- 出口(24)が、ノズル開口部(26)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排出方法。
- ピストン(16)によって閉じられた空間は、ピストン(16)と混合カップ(10)との間の相対運動により、出口(24)において排気されることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ピストン(16)は静止状態に保持され、混合カップ(10)がピストン(16)の方向に変位することを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記変位は、制御部により監視された駆動装置(36)によって駆動される、プレスプランジャ(34)によって引き起こされることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~6に記載の方法を実施するための、ピストンによって閉鎖された混合カップであって、
混合カップ(10)は、縦断面がU字形であり、
ピストン(16)は、その外壁(18)により、混合カップ(10)の内壁(12)としっかりと接触し、
出口チャネル(22)を有するスタブ(20)がピストン(16)に取り付けられ、前記出口チャネル(22)は、混合カップ(10)の内部を、スタブ(20)の端部に設けられた出口(24)と接続する、混合カップ。 - 出口(24)が、ノズル(26)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の混合カップ。
- スタブ(20)が、ピストン(16)の中心に配置される、または、
スタブ(20)の長さが、混合カップ(10)の高さまたは有効高さ(H)よりも長い、
ことのうち少なくとも一方を備えることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の混合カップ。 - ピストン(16)の壁(18)は、混合カップの有効高さ(H)の約30~40%に亘って延在することを特徴とする請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の混合カップ。
