Abstract
Description
本開示は、手術器具に関する。より具体的には、本開示は、例えば、手術装填ユニットなどの手術アタッチメントの他の様々な機能を関節接合させ、回転させ、かつ作動させる手持ち電気機械式手術器具に関する。
電気機械式手術器具は、再利用可能なハンドルアセンブリおよび使い捨ての装填ユニット、ならびに/または、例えば、手術エンドエフェクタなどの単回使用装填ユニットを含む。エンドエフェクタは、使用前にハンドルアセンブリに選択的に接続され、次いで、処分されるか、または場合によっては再利用のために滅菌もしくは再調整されるように、使用後にハンドルアセンブリから切断される。いくつかのハンドルアセンブリは、エンドエフェクタの動作機能を実施するための1つ以上の駆動機構を含んでもよい。
Claims (20)
- 手持ち手術器具のハンドルアセンブリであって、
ハンドルハウジングと、
前記ハンドルハウジング内に配置されたモータと、
前記モータに動作可能に結合され、かつエンドエフェクタの機能を動作させるために前記モータによって並進されるように構成された親ねじであって、前記親ねじが、
第1のピッチを有する近位ねじ山と、
前記近位ねじ山の前記第1のピッチとは異なる、第2のピッチを有する遠位ねじ山と、を含む、親ねじと、を備える、ハンドルアセンブリ。 - 前記近位ねじ山の前記第1のピッチが、前記遠位ねじ山の前記第2のピッチよりも大きい、請求項1に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記遠位ねじ山が、エンドエフェクタのクランプに対応し、前記近位ねじ山が、エンドエフェクタのステープル留め機能に対応する、請求項2に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記モータと前記親ねじとを動作可能に結合する歯車アセンブリをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記歯車アセンブリが、第1のカラーの回転が前記親ねじを並進させるように、前記親ねじの周りに配置され、かつ前記親ねじにねじ結合された前記第1のカラーを含む、請求項4に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1のカラーが、前記親ねじの前記近位ねじ山または前記遠位ねじ山に受容された少なくとも1つのピンを有する、請求項5に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記歯車アセンブリが、前記モータに結合され、かつ前記第1のカラーのかさ歯車と噛み合い係合するかさ歯車を有する第2のカラーを含む、請求項5に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記モータが、そこから延びる駆動シャフトを有し、前記第2のカラーが前記モータの作動に応答して前記駆動シャフトとともに回転するように、前記第2のカラーが前記駆動シャフトに非回転的に結合される、請求項7に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2のカラーの前記かさ歯車が、前記第1のカラーの前記かさ歯車に対して角度付けられている、請求項7に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記ハンドルハウジングが、
前記親ねじと平行である長手方向軸を画定する上部ハウジング部分と、
前記上部ハウジング部分から下向きかつ近位に延びる下部ハウジング部分と、を含む、請求項9に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。 - 前記下部ハウジング部分が、長手方向軸を画定し、前記下部ハウジング部分の前記長手方向軸が、前記上部ハウジング部分の前記長手方向軸に対して90度未満の角度で配置されている、請求項10に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記親ねじの周りに配置され、かつ前記親ねじにピン留めされた外管をさらに備え、前記親ねじが、前記外管の手動回転に応答して回転するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記外管の近位端を覆い、かつ前記ハンドルハウジングに取り外し可能に結合されたキャップをさらに備え、前記キャップが、前記ハンドルハウジングに対して、前記外管、ひいては、前記親ねじの回転に抵抗するように構成されている、請求項12に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 手持ち手術器具のハンドルアセンブリであって、
ハンドルハウジングと、
前記ハンドルハウジングによって支持されたモータと、
前記モータに動作可能に結合され、かつ前記モータの作動に応答して近位または遠位のうちの少なくとも1つに移動するように構成された親ねじであって、エンドエフェクタの個別の機能を実行するように構成された二重ねじ山を有する、親ねじと、
前記ハンドルハウジングに結合されたノブハウジングと、
前記ノブハウジングに結合された近位端部分およびエンドエフェクタに結合されるように構成された遠位端部分を有するシャフト部分と、を備える、ハンドルアセンブリ。 - 前記親ねじが、
ねじ山付き外面を有する近位端部分と、
ねじ山付き外面を有する遠位端部分と、を含み、前記近位端部分の前記ねじ山付き外面が、前記親ねじの前記遠位端部分の前記ねじ山付き外面とは異なるねじ山ピッチを有する、請求項14に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。 - 前記親ねじの前記近位端部分の前記ねじ山付き外面の前記ねじ山ピッチが、前記親ねじの前記遠位端部分の前記ねじ山付き外面の前記ねじ山ピッチよりも大きい、請求項15に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記親ねじの前記遠位端部分の前記ねじ山付き外面の前記ねじ山ピッチが、エンドエフェクタのクランプに対応し、前記親ねじの前記近位端部分の前記ねじ山付き外面の前記ねじ山ピッチが、エンドエフェクタのステープル留め機能に対応する、請求項16に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
- 前記モータと前記親ねじとを動作可能に結合する歯車アセンブリをさらに備え、前記歯車アセンブリが、
第1のカラーの回転が前記親ねじを並進させるように、前記親ねじの周りに配置され、かつ前記親ねじにねじ結合された前記第1のカラーと、
前記モータに結合され、かつ前記第1のカラーのかさ歯車と噛み合い係合するかさ歯車を有する第2のカラーと、を含む、請求項14に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。 - 前記第1のカラーが、前記親ねじの前記二重ねじ山に受容された少なくとも1つのピンを有する、請求項18に記載のハンドルアセンブリ。
