Claims (10)
- 複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールの周縁に沿って配置されるベンティング誘導フレームと、
前記複数の電池モジュールおよび前記ベンティング誘導フレームを収納するハウジングとを含み、
前記電池モジュールは、複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、前記電池セル積層体を収納するモジュールフレームとを含み、
前記電池セルは、電極組立体と、前記電極組立体を収納するセルケースとを含み、前記セルケースの周縁にシーリング部が形成され、前記シーリング部には、前記シーリング部の平均幅に比べて小さい幅を有する少なくとも1つのベンティング誘導部が形成される電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールは、
前記モジュールフレームの前後面に露出した前記電池セル積層体を覆うエンドプレートと、
前記エンドプレートに前記電池モジュールの内部と連通する少なくとも1つのベンティングゲートとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記ベンティング誘導部は、前記ベンティングゲートに隣接して形成される、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ベンティング誘導フレームは、第1方向に平行に形成された一対の垂直ビーム(beam)と、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に平行に形成された一対の水平ビーム(beam)とを含み、
前記垂直ビームおよび前記水平ビームはそれぞれ、前記垂直ビームおよび前記水平ビームの長手方向に沿って形成されたカバーと、前記カバーによって囲まれてガスが通れるように形成された通路とを含む管形状である、請求項2又は3に記載の電池パック。 - 前記水平ビームの前記カバーは、前記電池モジュールに対向する少なくとも1つの第1連結ホールを含み、
前記ベンティングゲートは、前記第1連結ホールに対向して、前記ベンティングゲートの管形状と、前記水平ビームの管形状とが連通するように形成された、請求項4に記載の電池パック。 - 前記垂直ビームと前記水平ビームとが交差する部分において、前記垂直ビームおよび前記水平ビームのうちのいずれか一方のカバーには、前記垂直ビームおよび前記水平ビームのうちの他方の通路と連通する第2連結ホールが備えられる、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記水平ビームおよび前記垂直ビームのうちのいずれか一方の外側に、前記通路と連結された少なくとも1つの破裂部をさらに含む、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ベンティングゲート、前記第1連結ホール、前記水平ビームの前記通路、前記第2連結ホール、前記垂直ビームの前記通路は、すべて1つの経路で連結されている、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記複数の電池モジュールが配置される底面と、前記底面から上部に向かって延びた側壁とを含む下部ハウジングと、前記下部ハウジングの上部の開口を覆う上部カバーとを含み、
前記破裂部は、前記下部ハウジングの側壁を挟んで前記水平ビームまたは前記垂直ビームと結合している、請求項7に記載の電池パック。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池パックを含むデバイス。
