Claims (13)
- エアゾール発生物品が挿入される挿入口が形成されたケース、
前記挿入口を通じて挿入されたエアゾール発生物品を加熱することによってエアゾールを発生させるヒーター、および
前記挿入口と前記ヒーターの間に配置され、前記挿入されたエアゾール発生物品の媒質部が目標圧着形状に変形されるようにするアダプタを含む、エアゾール発生装置。 - 前記挿入口の断面は前記エアゾール発生物品の断面と前記目標圧着形状の断面が組み合わせられた形状を有する、請求項1に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記アダプタは前記挿入口側に位置した第1開放端部と前記ヒーター側に位置した第2開放端部を含み、
前記挿入されたエアゾール発生物品が前記第1開放端部を通じて前記第2開放端部側に移動する間前記アダプタの内部形状によって前記媒質部が前記目標圧着形状に変形される、請求項1または2に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記第1開放端部の断面は前記エアゾール発生物品の断面と前記目標圧着形状の断面が組み合わせられた形状を有する、請求項3に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記第2開放端部の断面は前記目標圧着形状の断面にマッチングされる、請求項3または4に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記アダプタの内部空間の断面積は前記第1開放端部から前記第2開放端部に行くほど減少する傾向を有する、請求項3~5のいずれか一項に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記内部空間の断面のX軸方向の長さは一定であり、
前記内部空間の断面のY軸方向の長さは前記第1開放端部から前記第2開放端部に行くほど減少する傾向を有する、請求項6に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記アダプタの内部空間の少なくとも一部分は傾斜した構造を有し、
前記エアゾール発生物品の長さ軸に対する前記少なくとも一部分の傾斜角は10度~40度である、請求項3~7のいずれか一項に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記アダプタの内部空間の少なくとも一部分は傾斜した構造を有し、
前記エアゾール発生物品の長さ軸に対する前記少なくとも一部分の傾斜角は前記第1開放端部から前記第2開放端部に行くほど増加する傾向を有する、請求項3~8のいずれか一項に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記アダプタの内面の少なくとも一部には表面粗さを減少させる処理が遂行される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
- 前記ヒーターは外部加熱式であり、
前記ヒーターの少なくとも一部は前記目標圧着形状にマッチングされる形状を有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記ヒーターは外部加熱式であり、
前記ヒーターの少なくとも一部は傾斜した構造からなり、
前記ヒーターの加熱空間内に収容される間、前記アダプタを通じて挿入された前記媒質部は前記ヒーターの傾斜した構造によってさらに圧着された形状に変形される、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のエアゾール発生装置。 - 前記目標圧着形状に変形された前記媒質部の厚さは変形前と比べて20%~80%である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のエアゾール発生装置。
