前記細長い部材が、30Msi以上のヤング率を有することを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項15乃至27の何れか一項に記載のデバイスにおいて、
前記細長い部材が、350ksi以上の極限引張強度(UTS)を有することを特徴とするデバイス。 - 請求項15乃至28の何れか一項に記載のデバイスにおいて、

タングステン-レニウム合金、および
