Claims (15)
- 自動車のためのハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリであって、
内燃機関(3)と、
電気機械(4)と、
前記内燃機関(3)および前記電気機械(4)に駆動接続されている、シフト伝動装置(6)と、
前記シフト伝動装置(6)から導入された回転運動を2つの出力部分(33,34)に分配するために構成されている、差動伝動装置(7)と、
を含み、
前記シフト伝動装置(6)が、第1の駆動ギヤ(23)および第2の駆動ギヤ(31)を備えた入力軸(11)を有しており、前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)および前記第2の駆動ギヤ(31)が、前記入力軸(11)上に回転可能に支承されており、前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)が、前記電気機械(4)に駆動接続されており、前記入力軸(11)が、前記内燃機関(2)に駆動接続されており、
軸方向で前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)と前記第2の駆動ギヤ(31)との間に配置されているシフトクラッチ(20)であって、選択的に前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)または前記第2の駆動ギヤ(31)を前記入力軸(11)に接続するか、または前記入力軸(11)から分離するために構成されている、シフトクラッチ(20)と、
第1の中間ギヤ(25)および第2の中間ギヤ(26)を備えた、前記入力軸(11)に対して平行な中間軸(24)であって、前記第1の中間ギヤ(25)が前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)に係合しており、前記第2の中間ギヤ(26)が前記第2の駆動ギヤ(31)に係合しており、前記中間軸(24)が前記差動伝動装置(7)に駆動接続されている、中間軸(24)と、
トルク伝達を最適に行うか、または遮断するために、前記入力軸(11)と、前記差動伝動装置(7)の前記出力部分(33,34)の一方の出力部分との間の出力経路に配置されているクラッチ(8)と、
を含む、ハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。 - 前記電気機械(4)が、前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)に係合している駆動ピニオン(21)を備えたモータ軸(19)を有している、請求項1記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。
- 前記入力軸(11)が、前記内燃機関(3)の出力軸に対して同軸的に配置されており、該出力軸に永続的に相対回動不能に結合されている、請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。
- 前記第2の中間ギヤ(26)がリングギヤ(12)に係合しており、該リングギヤ(12)が、前記差動伝動装置(7)の差動装置キャリヤ(14)に対して同軸的に配置されており、該差動装置キャリヤ(14)に変速なしに駆動接続されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。
- 前記シフト伝動装置(6)が、前記リングギヤ(12)を含む、トルクを伝達する単に6つのギヤしか有していない、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。
- 前記シフトクラッチ(20)が、前記入力軸(11)に相対回動不能に接続されている入力部分(70)と、前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)に相対回動不能に接続されている第1の出力部分(71)と、前記第2の駆動ギヤ(31)に相対回動不能に接続されている第2の出力部分(72)と、連結エレメント(73)とを有しており、該連結エレメント(73)により、前記入力部分(70)が、前記第1の出力部分(71)または前記第2の出力部分(72)に、トルクを伝達するために任意に連結可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。
- 前記連結エレメント(73)が摺動スリーブの形で構成されており、該摺動スリーブが、前記入力部分(70)上に相対回動不能に保持されており、該入力部分(70)に対してアクチュエータ(74)によって軸方向で摺動可能であり、
前記摺動スリーブが、ニュートラルポジション(P0)において、前記第1の出力部分(71)および前記第2の出力部分(72)に対して自由に回転可能であり、第1のシフトポジション(P1)では、前記第1の出力部分(71)に相対回動不能に接続されており、第2のシフトポジション(P2)では、前記第2の出力部分(72)に相対回動不能に接続されている、請求項6記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。 - 前記入力軸(11)から前記中間軸(24)への変速にとって、以下のうちの少なくとも1つが当てはまる、すなわち、
前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)と前記第1の中間ギヤ(25)との間の第1の変速比(i1)が、1.5~2.5であり、
前記第2の駆動ギヤ(31)と前記第2の中間ギヤ(26)との間の第2の変速比(i2)が、0.7~1.7である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。 - 前記クラッチ(8)が、前記リングギヤ(12)と前記差動装置キャリヤ(14)との間の出力経路において有効であるように配置されており、前記クラッチ(8)の締結状態において、トルクが前記リングギヤ(12)から前記差動装置キャリヤ(14)に伝達され、前記クラッチ(8)の解放状態において、トルク伝達が遮断されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。
- 前記リングギヤ(12)が、差動装置ハウジング(27)に固定的に結合されており、前記差動装置ハウジング(27)が、定置のハウジング(18)内で回転可能に支承されており、前記差動装置キャリヤ(14)が、前記差動装置ハウジング(27)内で回転可能に支承されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ。
- 自動車のためのパワートレインアッセンブリであって、
一次駆動装置としての一次電気機械(51)によって回転駆動可能である、一次駆動アクスル(46)と、
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ(2)を備えた二次駆動アクスル(48)と、
を含み、
前記一次駆動アクスル(46)および前記二次駆動アクスル(48)が、機械的に互いに分離されており、
電気エネルギを貯蔵するための貯蔵アッセンブリ(52)であって、該貯蔵アッセンブリ(52)が、前記一次電気機械(49)および前記ハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ(2)の電気機械(4)に電気的に接続されている、貯蔵アッセンブリ(52)と、
前記一次電気機械(51)および前記ハイブリッド駆動アッセンブリ(2)を制御するための制御ユニット(53)と、
を含む、パワートレインアッセンブリ。 - 請求項11記載のパワートレインアッセンブリを制御する方法であって、
クラッチ(8)を解放し、シフト伝動装置(6)を、第1の駆動ギヤ(23)が入力軸(11)に接続されている第1のシフトポジション(P1)に移行し、
この場合、内燃機関(3)が、前記クラッチ(8)の解放時に、電気機械(4)を駆動し、かつ
この場合、前記電気機械(4)を、発電機モードで運転し、前記内燃機関(3)から導入された機械エネルギを電気エネルギに変換し、
前記電気エネルギを貯蔵アッセンブリ(52)に貯蔵するか、または第1の駆動ユニット(49)に供給する、方法。 - 前記クラッチ(8)を締結し、
前記電気機械(4)をモータモードで運転し、前記貯蔵アッセンブリ(52)からの電気エネルギを機械エネルギに変換し、かつ
前記シフト伝動装置(6)を、前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)が前記入力軸(11)に接続されている第1のシフトポジション(P1)または前記第2の駆動ギヤ(31)が前記入力軸(11)に接続されている第2のシフトポジション(P2)に移行し、
この場合、前記電気機械(4)と前記内燃機関(3)とが、前記入力軸(11)を一緒に駆動する、請求項12記載の方法。 - 前記クラッチ(8)を解放し、
前記シフト伝動装置(6)を、前記第1の駆動ギヤ(23)が前記入力軸(11)に接続されている前記第1のシフトポジション(P1)に移行し、
前記電気機械(4)を前記モータモードで運転して、前記内燃機関(3)を始動するために前記内燃機関(3)を駆動する、請求項12または13記載の方法。 - 前記クラッチ(8)を締結し、前記シフト伝動装置(6)をニュートラルポジション(P0)に移行し、
前記電気機械(4)を前記モータモードで運転し、前記電気機械(4)のみが前記入力軸(11)を駆動する、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
