Abstract
Description

Claims (12)
- ゴム物品に適用される電子デバイス1を製造する方法であって、前記デバイスは、電子素子5、6、7と、互いの間に前記電子素子5、6、7を包含するようにサンドイッチ状に配置された2つの熱可塑性材料の層3と、少なくとも1つの前記熱可塑性材料の層3の外側表面3aを覆うように配置された少なくとも外側ゴム層4と、を備え、前記方法は、(a)その操作中に、エラストマーゴムのラテックスおよびレゾルシノールとホルムアルデヒドとの組み合わせを含む塩基性水溶液からなる接着剤溶液が、前記熱可塑性材料の層3の1つの少なくとも1つの外側表面3aに塗布される、堆積操作と、(b)その操作中に、前記接着剤溶液が塗布された前記熱可塑性材料の層が、120~230℃の範囲の温度に、2~15分の範囲の時間、保たれる、加熱操作と、を含む事前ステップを含む、ゴム物品に適用される電子デバイス1を製造する方法。
- 少なくとも1つの前記熱可塑性材料の層3は、絶縁材料でできている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁材料は、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリイミドを含む群から選択される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記絶縁材料は、PET、ナイロンおよびポリエチレンナフタレートからなる群に含まれる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基性水溶液は、イソシアネート保護基を有するレゾルシノールおよびホルムアルデヒドからなる予備縮合樹脂を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基性水溶液は、リグニンおよび尿素とチオ尿素との間で選択される化学物質を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマーゴムのラテックスは、スチレン-ブタジエン-ビニルピリジンのラテックスまたはスチレン-ブタジエン-ビニルピリジンとスチレン-ブタジエンとの混合物のラテックスを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記堆積操作は、熱可塑性材料の層3の両表面に前記接着剤溶液が塗布されることを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ゴム物品は、タイヤである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電子素子は、RFIDチップ5と、前記チップ5に接続された第1のアンテナ6と、前記第1のアンテナ6に電磁的に結合された第2のアンテナ7と、を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ゴム物品において使用される電子デバイスであって、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって実現される、ゴム物品において使用される電子デバイス。
- 無線周波数識別(RFID)デバイスである、請求項11に記載の電子デバイス。
