Claims (11)
- バッテリーセルが備えられたバッテリーパックを管理する装置であって、
ウェークアップ信号を生成して送信するウェークアップユニットと、
前記バッテリーセルと前記ウェークアップユニットとの間に備えられ、前記バッテリーセルから前記ウェークアップユニットに第1動作電源を供給するように構成された第1電源供給経路と、
前記第1電源供給経路に備えられ、前記バッテリーセルから供給される第1動作電源の電圧の大きさを前記ウェークアップユニットの使用電圧の大きさに調節するように構成された第1レギュレータと、
前記第1電源供給経路に備えられ、前記第1電源供給経路で第1動作電源の流れをオンオフするように構成された第1スイッチング素子と、
前記第1レギュレータから前記第1スイッチング素子にオンオフ信号を供給するように構成されたフィードバックモジュールと、
前記ウェークアップユニットから前記ウェークアップ信号を受けてスリープモードからウェークアップモードに切換え可能に構成され、前記フィードバックモジュールに接続して前記第1スイッチング素子をターンオフするように構成されたマイクロコントローラユニットと、を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリー管理装置。 - 前記ウェークアップユニットは、リアルタイムクロック及びコントローラエリアネットワーク(CAN)トランシーバを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記第1スイッチング素子が、電界効果トランジスタ(FET)として具現され、前記フィードバックモジュールが、前記第1スイッチング素子のゲート端子にオンオフ信号を供給するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記フィードバックモジュールは、前記第1レギュレータから前記第1スイッチング素子に動作信号が供給されるように構成されたフィードバック経路と、前記フィードバック経路に備えられ、前記フィードバック経路をターンオンまたはターンオフするように構成されたフィードバックスイッチング素子と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラユニットは、前記フィードバックスイッチング素子がターンオフされるように制御信号を供給するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記フィードバックモジュールは、前記フィードバック経路に位置し、前記第1レギュレータから供給される動作信号と、前記マイクロコントローラユニットから供給される制御信号と、を受けて前記第1スイッチング素子に出力信号を提供するように構成されたORゲート素子をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記バッテリーセルと前記マイクロコントローラユニットとの間に備えられ、前記バッテリーセルから前記マイクロコントローラユニットに第2動作電源を供給するように構成された第2電源供給経路と、
前記第2電源供給経路に備えられ、前記バッテリーセルから供給される第2動作電源の電圧の大きさを前記マイクロコントローラユニットの使用電圧の大きさに調節するように構成された第2レギュレータと、
前記第2電源供給経路に備えられ、前記第2電源供給経路で第2動作電源の流れをオンオフするように構成された第2スイッチング素子と、をさらに含み、
前記ウェークアップユニットは、前記ウェークアップ信号を生成して前記第2スイッチング素子に供給することで、前記第2スイッチング素子をターンオンするように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置。 - 前記マイクロコントローラユニットは、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子をターンオフするように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 前記マイクロコントローラユニットは、前記バッテリーセルの充電状態が基準値未満である場合、前記第1スイッチング素子及び前記第2スイッチング素子を順次にターンオフするように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリー管理装置。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理装置を含む、電子デバイス。
