Claims (10)
- 円柱状の構造である弁体と、
中空構造であり、前記弁体の一端に嵌合されて固定される、透磁性材料からなる透磁性スリーブと、
前記透磁性スリーブの周方向に沿って巻装される電磁コイルを含み、前記透磁性スリーブに嵌合されるコイルアセンブリと、
を含むパイロット弁。 - 前記弁体は、円柱状の中空構造である弁スリーブ、及び前記弁スリーブ内に収容されて取り付けられる弁芯を含み、前記透磁性スリーブは、前記弁スリーブの一端の外壁に嵌合されて固定され、前記弁スリーブの前記透磁性スリーブから離れた一端の側壁には、入口、及び前記入口と連通可能な出口が開設され、前記弁芯は、前記出口を開放又は密閉するように、前記弁スリーブの長手方向に沿ってスライドすることができる、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記弁スリーブは、導管及び台座を含み、前記導管は、両端にそれぞれ前記入口及び取り付け口を有する管状構造であり、前記導管の前記取り付け口から離れた一端の側壁には、前記入口と連通可能な前記出口が開設され、前記台座は、前記導管の前記取り付け口を有する一端に密封固定され、前記透磁性スリーブは、前記導管の前記取り付け口を有する一端の外壁に嵌合されて固定される、請求項2に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記弁体は、弾性復帰部材を更に含み、前記弾性復帰部材は、前記弁スリーブ内に収容されて取り付けられ、前記弁芯に前記透磁性スリーブから前記出口に向かう方向の弾性力を提供する、請求項2に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記弁スリーブの一端の外壁には、取り付け溝が開設され、前記取り付け溝は、前記弁スリーブの周方向に沿って前記弁スリーブの外壁の縁に設けられ、前記透磁性スリーブは、前記取り付け溝内に嵌合されて固定される、請求項2に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記電磁コイルの前記透磁性スリーブの外面上における投影は、前記透磁性スリーブの外面内に位置する、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記透磁性スリーブは、両端に開口を有する中空筒状構造である、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記透磁性スリーブは、両端に開口を有する中空構造であり、前記透磁性スリーブの一端の開口の縁は、内側に折り曲げられて、環状をなす板状の取り付け板を形成し、前記取り付け板は、前記弁体の一端の端部に当接される、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記取り付け板には、取り付け孔が開設され、前記弁体の一端の端面の前記取り付け孔と対向する位置には、連結孔が開設され、前記パイロット弁は、連結部材を更に含み、前記連結部材は、軸方向に制限するように、前記取り付け孔に穿設され、且つ前記連結孔内に固定される、請求項8に記載のパイロット弁。
- 前記コイルアセンブリは、前記透磁性スリーブの周方向に沿って設けられるコイルボビンを更に含み、前記コイルボビンは、前記透磁性スリーブの外壁に嵌合されて固定され、前記電磁コイルは、前記透磁性スリーブの周方向に沿って前記コイルボビンに巻装される、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁。
