Claims (11)
- 正極、負極、および前記正極と前記負極との間に分離膜が介在されている構造を有し、平面形状が四つの辺を有する電極組立体、および
前記電極組立体が収容されるパウチケース
を含み、
前記パウチケースは、前記電極組立体の一部が内蔵される第1収納部、前記電極組立体の残りの部分が収納される第2収納部、および前記第1収納部と前記第2収納部とが互いに向き合うように折り畳むことができるフォルディング部を含み、
前記フォルディング部は、前記四つの辺のうちの一つの辺で前記電極組立体の側面に沿って密着して形成され、
前記第1収納部と前記第2収納部とは、前記電極組立体の外周辺に沿って前記フォルディング部を除いた三つの辺に対応する部分で互いに接触してシーリング部を形成し、
前記パウチケースは、前記フォルディング部と前記シーリング部とが交差する部分で前記フォルディング部の延長面に前記シーリング部の延長部が接着して形成された縫い代部を含む電池セル。 - 前記電極組立体の厚さ方向に垂直な断面において前記シーリング部と前記縫い代部とはT字形状をなす、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 前記フォルディング部の前記延長面は、前記シーリング部の外側方向に突出しない、請求項1又は2に記載の電池セル。
- 前記フォルディング部の前記延長面は、前記電極組立体の前記側面と同一面上に位置する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記縫い代部は、前記シーリング部を中心に対称である形状を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極組立体は、前記正極または前記負極と連結された電極リードを含み、
前記電極リードは、前記フォルディング部が形成された前記電極組立体の一辺と垂直なある一辺において前記シーリング部の外側に引き出される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。 - 前記パウチケースは、前記第1収納部、前記第2収納部、前記フォルディング部および前記縫い代部が一体に形成されたシート型母材からなる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル。
- 前記電極組立体の厚さ方向に垂直な断面において前記シーリング部と前記縫い代部とは矢印形状をなす、請求項1に記載の電池セル。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池セルの複数個を積層して形成された電池セル積層体、および
前記電池セル積層体を収容するフレーム
を含む電池モジュール。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つの電池モジュール、および
前記少なくとも一つの電池モジュールをパッケージングするパックケース
を含む電池パック。 - 請求項10に記載の少なくとも一つの電池パックを含むデバイス。
