Abstract
Description
コーティングを形成した第1のガラス板であって、該コーティングが、
i)前記ガラス板の主面上に堆積した第1の層であって、1.6以上の屈折率および50nm以下の厚さを有する、第1の層と、
ii)前記第1の層上に堆積した第2の層であって、前記第1の層の屈折率より小さい屈折率および50nm以下の厚さを有する、第2の層と、
iii)前記第2の層上に堆積した第3の層であって、前記第2の層の屈折率より大きい屈折率および500nm未満の厚さを有する、第3の層と、
iv)前記第3の層上に堆積した第4の層であって、前記第3の層の屈折率より小さい屈折率および100nm以下の厚さを有する、第4の層と、を含む第1のガラス板と;
第2のガラス板と;
前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板との間に備えられたポリマー中間層と;を備える、積層窓アセンブリを提供する。
Claims (18)
- 積層窓アセンブリ(10)であって、
コーティング(20)を形成した第1のガラス板(16)であって、該コーティング(20)が、
i)前記ガラス板(16)の主面上に堆積した第1の層(26)であって、1.6以上の屈折率および50nm以下の厚さを有する、第1の層と、
ii)前記第1の層(26)上に堆積した第2の層(28)であって、前記第1の層(26)の屈折率より小さい屈折率および50nm以下の厚さを有する、第2の層と、
iii)前記第2の層(28)上に堆積した第3の層(30)であって、前記第2の層(28)の屈折率より大きい屈折率および500nm未満の厚さを有する、第3の層と、
iv)前記第3の層(30)上に堆積した第4の層(32)であって、前記第3の層(30)の屈折率より小さい屈折率および100nm以下の厚さを有する、第4の層と、を含む第1のガラス板と、
第2のガラス板(40)と、
前記第1のガラス板(16)と前記第2のガラス板(40)との間に備えられたポリマー中間層(48)と、を備える、積層窓アセンブリ。 - 車両(12)用グレージングである、請求項1に記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コーティング(20)が、前記第1のガラス板(16)の第1の主面(22)上に直接形成される、請求項1または2に記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コーティング(20)が、前記第1のガラス板(16)の第1の主面(22)上に形成され、かつ、前記第1のガラス板(16)の反対の第2の主面(24)はコーティングされていない、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コーティング(20)が、第1の層(26)、第2の層(28)、第3の層(30)、および第4の層(32)から実質的になり、好ましくは、第1の層(26)、第2の層(28)、第3の層(30)、および第4の層(32)からなる、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記コーティング(20)が熱分解性である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1の層(26)が、スズの酸化物、好ましくは二酸化スズ(SnO2)を含む、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第1の層(26)が、15~30nm、好ましくは20~30nmの厚さを有する、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第2の層(28)が、シリコンの酸化物、好ましくは二酸化ケイ素(SiO2)を含む、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第2の層(28)の厚さが、10~35nm、好ましくは15~30nm、より好ましくは15~25nmである、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第3の層(30)が、透明な導電性金属酸化物、好ましくはフッ素ドープ酸化スズ(SnO2:F)を含む、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第3の層(30)が、少なくとも250nm、好ましくは少なくとも290nm、より好ましくは少なくとも300nm、最大で380nm、好ましくは最大で340nm、より好ましくは最大で330nmの厚さを有する、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第4の層(32)が、シリコンの酸化物、好ましくは二酸化シリコン(SiO2)を含む、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第4の層(32)が、40~70nm、好ましくは少なくとも45nm、より好ましくは少なくとも50nm、好ましくは最大で65nm、より好ましくは最大で60nmの厚さを有する、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第4の層(32)が、コーティング(20)を形成した前記第1のガラス板(16)の外面(34)を形成する、請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記第2のガラス板(40)が、その第1の主面上に形成された低放射率コーティングを有し、かつ、
該低放射率コーティングが、前記第1のガラス板(16)に形成された前記コーティング(20)と同じであるか、または、
該低放射率コーティングが、前記第2のガラス板(40)の第1の主面(44)上に堆積した、スズの酸化物を含む第1の層と、前記第1の層上に堆積した、シリコンの酸化物を含む第2の層と、前記第2の層上に堆積した、フッ素ドープ酸化スズを含む第3の層と、を備える、好ましくは、からなる、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第2のガラス板の反対の第2の主面(46)が、前記積層窓アセンブリ(10)の第1の表面を規定し、前記第2のガラス板(40)の前記第1の主面(44)が、前記積層窓アセンブリ(10)の第2の表面を規定し、ポリマー中間層(48)に隣接して配置され、前記第1のガラス板(16)の反対の第2の主面(24)が、前記積層窓アセンブリ(10)の第3の表面を規定し、ポリマー中間層(48)に隣接して配置され、および、前記第1のガラス板(16)の第1の主面(22)が、前記積層窓アセンブリ(10)の第4の表面を規定する、請求項16に記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
- 前記積層窓アセンブリ(10)が、5.0%以下、好ましくは4.0%以下、より好ましくは1.0~4.0%の全可視光反射率(発光体A、2度観察者)を示す、請求項1~17のいずれかに記載の積層窓アセンブリ(10)。
