Abstract
Description
(a)作動ロッド2にピストン1を固定し、
(b)ポンプ本体3にポンプチャンバー5を設け、
(c)スリーブ50を設けて、有利には固定リング4に固定し、
(d)作動中にポンプチャンバー5内で気密に滑動する出口弁部品39を設け、
(e)ポンプ本体3のスリーブ9であって、かつ縮径されたスリーブ9内で滑動する入口弁部品10を設け、
(f)ばね20を設ける。
(g)ピストン1内に出口弁部品39を固定し、
(h)ピストン1および出口弁部品39をスリーブ50内に挿入し、この挿入は底部から吐出時に流体が流通する方向に向かって行い、
(i)ばね20および入口弁部品10を縮径されたスリーブ9に挿入し、この挿入は上部から、吐出時に流体が流通する方向とは反対方向に行うことによって、ばね20をスリーブ9の底部と入口弁部品10との間に押し込み、
(j)ポンプ本体3にスリーブ50を挿入し、この挿入は上部から、吐出時の流体が流通する方向とは反対方向に行う。

Claims (7)
- 作動ロッド(2)に固定されたピストン(1)であって、かつ入口弁(11)と出口弁(12)との間に画定されたポンプチャンバー(5)を有するポンプ本体(3)内を滑通するピストン(1)を備え、流体を吐出する高圧予圧ポンプであって、
前記出口弁(12)は、作動中に、前記ポンプチャンバー(5)内で気密に摺動する出口弁部品(39)を備え、
前記ポンプチャンバー(5)は通路手段を備え、前記ポンプの作動の終わりに、前記出口弁部品(39)が前記通路手段(40)と非気密に共働して前記出口弁(12)を開放し、前記ポンプチャンバー内に収容された流体の吐出を可能にし、
前記入口弁(11)は入口弁部品(10)を備え、前記入口弁部品(10)は前記入口弁(11)の閉鎖後に前記ポンプ本体(3)のスリーブ(9)内を摺動し、
前記スリーブ(9)は、第1に前記入口弁部品(10)を支持し、第2に前記スリーブ(9)の底部を支持するスプリング(20)を収容し、
前記スプリング(20)は、流体の吐出に加えて、ピストン(1)を休止位置に復帰させ、
前記スリーブ(9)は、4.2mm未満、有利には4mm未満、好ましくは3.9mmの内径を有し、
前記スプリング(20)は、少なくとも20N、有利には少なくとも25Nの力を有し、その結果、前記ポンプは、少なくとも15バール、有利には少なくとも20バールの圧力(P)で前記流体を吐出することを特徴とする高圧予圧ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプチャンバー(5)の側壁を補強するために、前記ポンプ本体(3)にスリーブ(50)が挿入されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧予圧ポンプ。 - 前記スリーブ(50)は、前記出口弁(12)の前記通路手段(40)を規定する肩部を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高圧予圧ポンプ。 - 前記ポンプ本体(3)と前記スリーブ(50)との間に、有利には、前記ポンプ本体(3)の半径方向フランジと、前記スリーブ(50)の半径方向フランジとの間に、例えば超音波を用いた、封止溶接部(55)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のポンプ。 - 前記出口弁部品(39)は、前記ピストン(1)に固定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の高圧予圧ポンプ。 - 前記入口弁部品(10)が摺動するポンプ本体(3)の前記スリーブ(9)は、外部補強リッジ(90)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の高圧予圧ポンプ。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のポンプを含む
ことを特徴とする流体吐出装置。
