Description
Claims (20)
- 患者の腹部の表面に取り付けるように適合された患者インターフェースと、
腸音に応答して振動して、患者の腹部内で発せられた腸音を増幅する音圧波を作成し、収集用のオーディオデータをもたらす振動板と、
前記腸音を増幅する振動板振動によって引き起こされる音圧波を受け取るように適合された音響室と、
前記音響室中又はその近くに位置するオーディオ収集デバイスと、
コンピュータを備えるハウジングと、
1つ以上のアルゴリズムを備えるメモリと、
ディスプレイを備えるユーザインターフェースと、
を備える、腸オーディオ分析デバイスであって、
前記1つ以上のアルゴリズムのうちの少なくとも1つは、周囲雑音に起因する誤信号について収集されたオーディオデータを分析し、
前記1つ以上のアルゴリズムのうちの少なくとも1つは、経時的な2つ以上のスペクトルイベント値を分析し、
前記1つ以上のアルゴリズムのうちの少なくとも1つは、経時的な前記2つ以上のスペクトルイベント値の線形回帰分析の傾きを生成する役割を果たし、
前記線形回帰分析の前記傾きは、バイナリ予測を行うために所定の傾き閾値と比較される、デバイス。 - 前記ディスプレイは、グラフィカルユーザインターフェースを備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、患者からオーディオ信号を収集及び分析して、胃腸機能障害の臨床的徴候が発生する前に前記胃腸機能障害の可能性を予測するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハウジングは、上部及び台座を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、2次オーディオ収集デバイスを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記2次オーディオ収集デバイスは、周囲雑音を収集するように構成されている、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記患者インターフェースは、音響音波を収集し、少なくとも1つの前記オーディオ収集デバイスは、前記音響音波から処理されたオーディオデータを収集する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記2次オーディオ収集デバイスは、振動板を更に備える、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハウジングは、分離可能な頂部及び下部を更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記分離可能な頂部及び下部は、取り付け手段を使用して固定されている、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 胃腸機能障害が発生する可能性を予測する方法であって、前記方法は、
患者のオーディオデータを生成するために腸音を記録することと、
予測スペクトルイベントを識別するために前記オーディオデータを処理することと、
周囲雑音に起因する誤信号について前記オーディオデータを分析し、誤信号についての前記分析が軽減が必要であることを示す場合に前記誤信号について軽減することと、
識別された予測スペクトルイベントの総数を取得することと、
経時的なスペクトルイベント値の傾きをもたらす線形回帰分析を実行することと
前記傾きを胃腸機能障害が発生する可能性と相関させることと、
ユーザに前記可能性に基づくリスクレベルを提供することと
を備え、前記方法は、請求項1に記載のデバイスで実行される、方法。 - 前記軽減するステップは、周囲雑音に起因する前記誤信号を考慮することによって識別された予測スペクトルイベントの数を調整することを備え、識別された予測スペクトルイベントの前記総数をもたらす、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記実行するステップは、タイムスタンプを提供し、識別された予測スペクトルイベントの総数を前記デバイスのバッファに書き込むことを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記線形回帰分析は、前記バッファに書き込まれたデータを使用して実行される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記相関させるステップは、前記傾きの値を、傾きを後に発生する胃腸機能障害の可能性と相関させるデータを比較することによって実行される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、誤信号についての分析が軽減が必要であることを示す場合にユーザに警告するステップを更に備える、請求項11に記載の方法。

- 前記デバイスは、過剰周囲雑音に起因する誤信号用の警告インジケータを備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
