Abstract

ここで、第1および/または第2の絶縁層の絶縁性能は、導電層に接続されたプローブと関連する絶縁層上に配置された画定領域を有する導電性プレートとの間に試験電圧を印加することによって、およびそれらの間の抵抗または破壊電圧を測定することによって、試験される。
Claims (25)
- 衣服の表面に適用するための導電層および絶縁層を備える電気システムであって、前記電気システムは、
衣服に取り付けるための第1の絶縁層と、
第2の絶縁層と、
前記第1の絶縁層と前記第2の絶縁層との間に封入された前記導電層と、
を備える、電気システム。 - 前記第1の絶縁層は、少なくとも200VAC以上の耐電圧を有し、前記第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも100VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項1に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第1の絶縁層は、8000cm2を超える導電性表面で測定されるとき、少なくとも200kΩの抵抗を有する、請求項2に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第2の絶縁層は、前記第2の絶縁層の表面上方に延在する導電性表面で測定されるとき、少なくとも200kΩの抵抗を有する、請求項2または請求項3に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第1の絶縁層は、30μm以下の厚さを有し、少なくとも200VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第1の絶縁層は、50μm以下の厚さを有し、少なくとも600VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第1の絶縁層は、100μm以下の厚さを有し、少なくとも1500VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第2の絶縁層は、30μm以下の厚さを有し、少なくとも100VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第2の絶縁層は、50μm以下の厚さを有し、少なくとも600VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第2の絶縁層は、100μm以下の厚さを有し、少なくとも1500VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第1の絶縁層は、少なくとも1500VAC以上の耐電圧を有し、前記第2の絶縁層は、少なくとも100VAC以上の耐電圧を有する、請求項1に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第1および第2の絶縁層の1つまたは各々は、少なくとも2つの別々に適用および結合された絶縁材料の層から形成され、前記層の数は、前記絶縁層に必要な絶縁性能を与える累積厚さを提供するように選択される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記別々に適用および結合された各層は、15~20kV/mmの耐圧を有する、請求項12に記載の電気システム。
- 前記別々に適用および結合された各層の厚さは、8~10μmであり、層あたり120~200Vの公称耐電圧を提供する、請求項13に記載の電気システム。
- 前記別々に適用および結合された各層は、誘電体インクの層である、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記導電層は、前記第1の絶縁層および前記第2の絶縁層の両方に取り付けられる、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記導電層は、前記第1の絶縁層および前記第2の絶縁層の両方に連続的に取り付けられる、請求項16に記載の電気システム。
- 前記第1の絶縁層を前記衣服に取り付けるための取り付け装置が提供される、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の電気システム。
- 前記取り付け装置は、接着材を備える、請求項18に記載の電気システム。
- 衣服の表面に適用するための導電層および絶縁層を備える電気システムを試験する方法であって、前記電気システムは、
衣服に取り付けるための第1の絶縁層と、
第2の絶縁層と、
前記第1の絶縁層と前記第2の絶縁層との間に封入された前記導電層と、
を備え、
前記第1および第2の絶縁層の一方または各々の絶縁性能は、前記導電層に接続されたプローブと関連する絶縁層上に配置された画定領域を有する導電性プレートとの間に試験電圧を印加することによって、およびそれらの間の抵抗または破壊電圧を測定することによって、試験される、
