Abstract
Description
21~25重量パーセントの、少なくとも2.0の官能基価を有する芳香族イソシアネートと、
28~32重量パーセントのポリオールと、
4~8重量パーセントの、80~200の範囲の分子量を有するジオールと、
38~42重量パーセントの、400マイクロメートル以下の粒径を有するフィラーと、
0.01~0.03重量パーセントの触媒と
を含む耐候性コーティング組成物であって、
少なくとも16グレイン/m2/時間/3.4kPa水銀の水蒸気透過度を有し、及び
建物の壁又は屋根構造の構成要素である、コーティング組成物に関する。
一実施形態では、耐候性コーティング組成物は、
21~25重量パーセントの、少なくとも2.0の官能基価を有する芳香族イソシアネートと、
28~32重量パーセントのポリオールと、
4~8重量パーセントの、80~200の範囲の分子量を有するジオールと、
38~42重量パーセントの、400マイクロメートル以下の粒径を有するフィラーと、
0.01~0.03重量パーセントの触媒と
を含み、
コーティング組成物は、16グレイン/m2/時間/3.4kPa水銀の水蒸気透過度を有し、及び
コーティング組成物は、建物の壁又は屋根構造の構成要素である。
22~24重量パーセントの、少なくとも2.0の官能基価を有する芳香族イソシアネートと、
29~31重量パーセントのポリオールと、
5~7重量パーセントの、80~200の範囲の分子量を有するジオールと、
39~41重量パーセントの、400マイクロメートル以下の粒径を有するフィラーと、
0.015~0.028重量パーセントの触媒と
を含み、
コーティング組成物は、少なくとも16グレイン/m2/時間/3.4kPa水銀の水蒸気透過度を有し、及び
コーティング組成物は、建物の壁又は屋根構造の構成要素である。
23重量パーセントの、少なくとも2.0の官能基価を有する芳香族イソシアネートと、
30.1重量パーセントのポリオールと、
6.8重量パーセントの、80~200の範囲の分子量を有するジオールと、
40重量パーセントの、400マイクロメートル以下の粒径を有するフィラーと、
0.02重量パーセントの触媒と
を含み、
コーティング組成物は、少なくとも16グレイン/m2/時間/3.4kPa水銀の水蒸気透過度を有し、及び
コーティング組成物は、建物の壁又は屋根構造の構成要素である。
コーティング組成物は、建物の壁又は屋根構造における耐候性コーティングとして特に効果的である。
フィラーの粒径測定
各フィラーの粒径は、Beckman Coulter LS 13 320レーザー回折粒度分析計を使用して測定した。粒度分布(PSD)の方法は、2011年10月に発行されたBeckman Coulter LS 13 320操作マニュアル品番B05577ABの記載に従う。
組成物のコーティング膜をドローダウン法によって剥離ライナー(Technicote:53# SCK LINER L-3)上に作製した。公称厚さが0.3mm(12mil)のコーティングを0.5mm(20mil)のギャップのドローダウンバーを使用して得た。膜は、周囲環境で一晩硬化させた。
ASTM 5795-16に準拠したCobb試験は、基材としてFLAMEBLOCK(登録商標)(Louisiana Pacific)を使用して行った。コーティング配合物は、上述したドローダウン法を使用してFLAMEBLOCK(登録商標)上にコーティングした。コーティング前に基材を60℃で一晩コンディショニングした。
少なくとも2.0の官能基価を有する芳香族イソシアネートは、Dow Chemical,Midland,MIから商品名PAPI27として入手可能なポリメリックMDIであった。
Voranol4240ポリオール、ジブチルスズジラウレート触媒及びブタンジオールを2軸スピードミキサー(Flacktek DAC-150)により混合した。その後、スピードミキサーを使用してフィラーも添加した。これがB液を構成した。WRBコーティングとして塗布する前に、B液の構成要素をスピードミキサーで2000rpmにおいて30秒間、A液(PAPI(商標)27)と混合した。その配合を以下の表1に示す。
Claims (12)
- 21~25重量パーセントの、少なくとも2.0の官能基価を有する芳香族イソシアネートと、
28~32重量パーセントのポリオールと、
4~8重量パーセントの、80~200の範囲の分子量を有するジオールと、
38~42重量パーセントの、400マイクロメートル以下の粒径を有するフィラーと、
0.01~0.03重量パーセントの触媒と
を含む耐候性コーティング組成物であって、
少なくとも16グレイン/m2/時間/3.4kPa水銀の水蒸気透過度を有し、及び
建物の壁又は屋根構造の構成要素である、耐候性コーティング組成物。 - 前記芳香族イソシアネートは、メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート、トルエンジイソシアネート又はポリメリックジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリオールは、ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリブタジエンポリオール、プロピレンオキシドでエンドキャップされたポリオール又はエチレンオキシドでエンドキャップされたポリオールである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ジオールは、ブタンジオールである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記フィラーは、両方とも74~400マイクロメートルの粒径を有する炭酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシウムマグネシウムである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒は、ジブチルスズジラウレートである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 22~24重量パーセントの芳香族イソシアネートを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 29~31重量パーセントのポリオールを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 5~7重量パーセントの、80~200の範囲の分子量を有するジオールを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 39~41重量パーセントのフィラーを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 0.015~0.025重量パーセントの触媒を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記炭酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシウムマグネシウムは、80~400マイクロメートルの粒径を有する、請求項5に記載の組成物。
