本出願は2020年01月03日付韓国特許出願第10-2020-0001003号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明は電池モジュールおよびこれを含む電池パックに関するものであって、より詳しくは、組立性を向上させる電池モジュールおよびこれを含む電池パックに関するものである。

Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体の上下左右面をカバーするフレームと、
前記電池セル積層体の前後面をカバーするバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームの下端から突出形成された支え部と、
を含み、
前記支え部にはガイドが形成されており、前記ガイドに沿って前記支え部が前記フレーム内部に挿入されている、電池モジュール。 - 前記ガイドは、前記バスバーフレームと連結された部分から前記支え部の端部分まで延長形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ガイドは、前記バスバーフレームが前記フレーム内部に挿入される方向に形成されている、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ガイドは、上側へ凸状に形成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ガイドの端部分には面取り部が形成されている、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記面取り部は、上端が下端よりさらに突出するように斜線方向にカッティング形成された、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレームの下面両端中央には、前記面取り部と対応するように斜線方向にカッティング形成された面取り対応部が形成されている、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記フレームの下面には前記ガイドと対応するように形成されたガイド突出部が形成されており、
前記支え部が前記フレーム内部に挿入される時、前記ガイドは前記ガイド突出部と組み立てられた状態で前記ガイド突出部に沿って挿入される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記支え部は扁平に形成されて、前記バスバーフレームの下端で前記電池セル積層体の下面と前記フレームの下面との間に形成された空間に挿入されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記支え部は、中央に行くほど突出幅が増加する、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
