前記少なくとも二つ以上のセルアセンブリーを収容可能な内部空間を形成する外壁と、前記収容された少なくとも二つ以上のセルアセンブリーが互いに対面しないように二つの間に位置し、前記複数の缶型二次電池のうちの一部から火炎やガスが噴出されると、前記火炎やガスが他の缶型二次電池へ拡がることを防止するように、少なくとも一部が前記缶型二次電池の端部と所定の距離で離隔した凹み部を有するスクリーン壁と、を備えたパックハウジングと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記電極端子は、正極端子及び負極端子を備え、
前記複数の缶型二次電池の各々の正極端子には、缶の内圧が所定の圧力以上に上昇すると、缶内部のガスを外部へ排出するように構成されたガスベント部が備えられ、
前記複数の缶型二次電池は、左側に正極端子が位置する少なくとも一つ以上の缶型二次電池と、右側に正極端子が位置する少なくとも一つ以上の缶型二次電池とが、前後方向へ交互に配列され、
前記凹み部は、前記正極端子と対向する一部が左方または右方へ凹まれた構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記パックハウジングの外壁の内側面には、前記缶型二次電池と所定の離隔空間を有するように内側方向へ突出した排出リブが備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記パックハウジングの外壁には、内部ガスが外部へ排出されるように開口されたガス排出口が備えられ、
前記凹み部には、
前記ガスベント部から排出されたガスが前記ガス排出口の位置する方向へ移動するように一部が穿孔された移動ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記凹み部には、前記ガスが前記移動ホールへ移動するように誘導するガイドリブが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の缶型二次電池のうちの一部は上下方向へ積層配列され、
前記スクリーン壁には、前記上下方向へ積層された複数の缶型二次電池と対向する部分に、残りの部分よりも上下方向の高さの高い段差部が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記スクリーン壁には、
前記上下方向へ積層された複数の缶型二次電池の中間高さに位置し、前記ガスベント部から排出されたガスの上下方向の移動を遮るように左右方向へ突出し、前後方向へ線状で延びたスクリーンリブが備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記複数の缶型二次電池と電気的に接続した外部入出力電気ワイヤをさらに含み、
前記パックハウジングの外壁には、前記外部入出力電気ワイヤの一部を内部に収納するように内側方向へ凹み、前記外壁に沿って線状で延びた収納溝と、前記収納溝の内面から上方または下方へ突出し、互いに所定の距離で離隔した複数の固定リブと、が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記固定リブは、
前記収納溝の内側下面から上方へ突出した第1固定リブと、
前記収納溝の内側上面から下方へ突出した第2固定リブと、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、内部に空間が形成されて前記複数の缶型二次電池を収容するように構成されたモジュールケースと、
前記複数の缶型二次電池と電気的に接続した少なくとも一つ以上のバスバーと、
前記複数の缶型二次電池の充放電を制御するように構成された印刷回路基板を備えるバッテリー管理ユニットと、
前記バスバーと前記バッテリー管理ユニットとを電気的に接続するセンシングワイヤと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュールケースには、前記センシングワイヤを挿入して配置できる内蔵溝が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記内蔵溝の内部には、前記センシングワイヤの位置する方向へ突出した複数の固定突起が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記複数の固定突起は、前記複数の固定突起の間に前記センシングワイヤが介在されるように互いに対向する方向へ突出した形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、自動車。
