Abstract
Description
別実施形態においては、放射線又は熱硬化性樹脂、開始剤及び基板に混合物を適用する際に肉眼で見えるテクスチャを提供するために有効なサイズを持ったテクスチャを作り出す微粒子からなるプレキュアされたコーティング混合物が提供される。別の実施形態においては、本発明は、基板と、基板の少なくとも一部の上にある放射線又は熱硬化性コーティングとからなるコーティングされた基板を提供する。加えて、基板上にコーティングを施す方法が提供される。この方法は、基板の少なくとも一部の上に放射線硬化性樹脂と開始剤または熱硬化性樹脂と熱開始剤からなるプレキュアされたコーティング混合物を散布して肉眼で見えるテクスチャ及び放射線硬化または熱硬化を有したプレキュアされたコーティングを形成する工程を備え、前記プレキュアされたコーティングは肉眼で見えるテクスチャを有した放射線硬化又は熱硬化させたコーティングを形成する。
Claims (20)
- 名目上の頂部及び底部を有し、接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料製品であって、
(i)圧縮セルロース材料および接着剤を含まず、使用の際に床基部層に所望の性質を提供するためにPVC樹脂と共用できる材料を有するPVC樹脂混合物からなる耐水性床基部層であって、前記混合物は、混合、溶融、冷却、搬送、押出、共押出、型成形によって形成可能である、前記耐水性床基部層と、
(ii)前記床基部層の上に固定された装飾面副層と、前記装飾面層の上に固定された摩耗面副層とからなる耐水性床表面層であって、前記装飾面副層は、PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムからなり、前記摩耗面副層は、PVC耐摩耗性フィルムからなり、
前記床基部層の頂面に熱溶融上張りによって溶融されて、一体の基部と表面部の半組立部品を形成する前記耐水性床表面層と、
(iii)UV硬化プラスチック樹脂からなり、前記摩耗面層の上に固定された耐水性床コーティング層であって、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の頂面に少なくとも1つのUV硬化プラスチック樹脂をコーティングすることによって形成可能である前記耐水性床コーティング層と、を備え、
前記基部と表面部の半組立部品及び前記床コーティング層が共に溶融して、耐水性の仕上げされた大きなシート状の組立体を形成し、
前記仕上げされた大きなシート状の組立体は、所望のサイズ及び形状にプロファイル処理可能であり、水性材料を含まない耐水性床被覆材料の複数の床セグメントを生成することを特徴とする接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料製品。 - 前記床基部層は、第1の押出による基部副層と、前記第1の基部副層の上に溶融された前記第2の共押出による基部副層とからなり、前記第1の基部層および前記第2の基部層は型成形によって形成可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- (iv)下張りの層、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。 - 前記PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムは更に色つきのフィルムを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記PVC装飾ポリマーフィルムは、施された装飾パターンを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記基部と表面部の半組立部品上にエンボスされたテクスチャ加工面を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記PVC耐摩耗性ポリマーフィルムは透明であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記床コーティング層は透明であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記床コーティング層は、ざらざらした粒子状材料を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記床コーティング層は、酸化アルミニウムを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記PVC樹脂混合物は、
(a)50kgのポリ塩化ビニル(PVC);
(b)100-175kgの800-1000メッシュ炭酸カルシウム;
(c)3.8-5.0kgのカルシウム/亜鉛熱安定剤;
(d)2.5-5.0kgの塩素化ポリエチレンエラストマー;
(e)1.0-4.0kgのアクリル系重合調整剤;
(f)0.4-0.6kgの内部潤滑剤;及び
(g)0.5-1.5kgの高融点ポリマー
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。 - 前記PVC樹脂混合物は、(h)0.2-0.3kgの高密度ポリエチレンオキサイドを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の床材料。
- 前記床コーティング層は更にUV硬化プライマー及びUV硬化上面コーティングの少なくとも1つを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記UV硬化プラスチック樹脂は、水銀(Hg)ランプの露光により硬化可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記UV硬化プラスチック樹脂は、ガリウム(Ga)ランプの露光により硬化可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記床基部層は、1600RPMに近い高速であるが1600RPMを越えない高速で攪拌している間に前記混合物を115~130℃に加熱することにより形成可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記床表面層及び前記床基部層の熱溶融上張りは、前記床表面層及び前記床基部層を、少なくとも1セットの加熱ローラーに通すことにより溶融可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 前記床基部層の押出は、40RPMを越えない速度、20~35mpaの押出圧力、及び160~186℃の温度で80mmの直径のスクリューを用いて押し出す工程からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の床材料。
- 名目上の頂部及び底部を有した接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料製品であって、
(i)圧縮セルロース材料および接着剤を含まないPVC樹脂混合物からなる耐水性床基部層であって、前記PVC樹脂混合物は、使用の際に床基部層に所望の性質を提供するためにPVC樹脂と共用できる材料を有し、前記混合物は、混合、溶融、冷却、搬送、共押出、型成形することによって形成可能であり、前記PVC樹脂混合物は、重量で、20%~35%のポリ塩化ビニル、63%~73%の炭酸カルシウム、2%~2.5%のカルシウム/亜鉛熱安定剤、1.6%~2.5%の塩素化ポリエチレンエラストマー、0.6%~1.7%のアクリル系重合調整剤、0.2%~0.25%の内部潤滑剤、及び0.32%~0.62%の高融点ポリマーを含む前記耐水性床基部層と、
(ii)前記耐水性床基部層の上に固定された装飾面副層と、前記装飾面副層の上に固定された摩耗面副層とからなる耐水性床表面層であって、前記装飾面副層は、装飾パターンが施されたPVC装飾フィルムを含み、前記摩耗面副層は、PVC耐摩耗性フィルムを含み、
前記床基部層の頂面に熱溶融上張りによって溶融されて、一体の基部と表面部の半組立部品を形成する前記耐水性床表面層と、
(iii)UV硬化プラスチック樹脂からなり、前記摩耗面層の上に固定された耐水性床コーティング層であって、前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の頂面に少なくとも1つのUV硬化プラスチック樹脂をコーティングすることによって形成可能である前記耐水性床コーティング層と、を備え、
溶融及びコーティング後の前記基部と表面部の半組立部品の層及び前記床コーティング層が共に溶融して、耐水性の仕上げされた大きなシート組立体を形成し、前記仕上げされた大きなシート組立体は、続いて所望のサイズ及び形状にプロファイル処理可能であり、水性材料を含まない耐水性床被覆材料の複数の床セグメントを生成することを特徴とする接着剤が不要でダストがない複合床材料製品。 - 前記PVC樹脂混合物は、重量で、0.1%~1.2%の高密度ポリエチレンオキサイドを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項19記載の床材料。
