抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の免疫刺激活性を活性化する方法であって、前記抗原特異的免疫細胞と、前記抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の免疫刺激活性を活性化する薬剤の有効量とを接触させることを含む、方法。

前記方法が、抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の内因性免疫刺激活性を増強し、ここで、前記薬剤が、前記抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の前記内因性免疫刺激活性を増強する、項目44に記載の方法。

個体におけるがんを処置する方法であって、前記個体に、抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の免疫刺激活性を活性化する薬剤の治療有効量を投与することを含む、方法。

個体における感染を処置する方法であって、前記個体に、抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の免疫刺激活性を活性化する薬剤の治療有効量を投与することを含む、方法。
Claims (49)
- 表面上に外因性CD160タンパク質を含む改変抗原特異的免疫細胞であって、前記外因性CD160タンパク質が、前記外因性CD160タンパク質を含まない前駆体抗原特異的免疫細胞と比較して前記改変抗原特異的免疫細胞のアップモジュレーションをもたらし、前記免疫細胞がT細胞である、改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 細胞傷害性αβT細胞、γδT細胞、ヘルパーT細胞、腫瘍浸潤性T細胞、抗原提示細胞(APC)により活性化される抗腫瘍T細胞、およびナチュラルキラーT細胞(NK-T細胞)からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 細胞傷害性T細胞である、請求項1に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 腫瘍浸潤性T細胞またはAPCにより活性化される抗腫瘍T細胞である、請求項2に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- ナチュラルキラー(NK)細胞、ナチュラルキラーT細胞(NK-T細胞)、iNK-T細胞、NK-T様細胞、γδT細胞およびマクロファージからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記外因性CD160タンパク質が、配列番号1~4のいずれか1つのアミノ酸配列、または配列番号1~4のいずれか1つに対して少なくとも約90%の同一性を有するそのバリアントを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記外因性CD160タンパク質が膜結合型である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記外因性CD160タンパク質が、(a)GPIリンカーにより膜に結合しているか、または(b)膜貫通ドメインを含む、請求項7に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記外因性CD160タンパク質が、細胞内ドメインをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記細胞内ドメインが、TCR複合体のシグナル伝達サブユニットに由来する細胞内シグナル伝達ドメインを含む、請求項9に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記外因性CD160タンパク質が、免疫細胞結合部分を介して前記改変抗原特異的免疫細胞に結合している、請求項7に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記免疫細胞結合部分が、前記免疫細胞の表面分子に結合する、請求項11に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 機能的外因性受容体をさらに含む、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。
- 前記機能的外因性受容体が、操作されたT細胞受容体(TCR)またはキメラ抗原受容体(CAR)である、請求項13に記載の改変抗原特異的免疫細胞。

前駆体抗原特異的免疫細胞と、前記外因性CD160タンパク質または前記外因性CD160タンパク質をコードする第1の核酸とを接触させることによって、前記改変抗原特異的免疫細胞を生産することを含み、
前記外因性CD160タンパク質が、前記前駆体抗原特異的免疫細胞と比較して前記改変抗原特異的免疫細胞のアップモジュレーションをもたらし、前記免疫細胞がT細胞である、方法。 - 前記改変抗原特異的免疫細胞が、細胞傷害性αβT細胞、γδT細胞、ヘルパーT細胞、腫瘍浸潤性T細胞、APCにより活性化される抗腫瘍T細胞、およびナチュラルキラーT細胞(NK-T細胞)からなる群から選択される、請求項15に記載の方法。

- 前記外因性CD160タンパク質が、前記免疫細胞の表面分子に結合する免疫細胞結合部分を含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記前駆体抗原特異的免疫細胞中に、前記外因性CD160タンパク質をコードする核酸を導入することを含む、請求項15から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記CD160タンパク質が、配列番号1~4のいずれかのアミノ酸配列、または配列番号1~4のいずれか1つに対して少なくとも約90%の同一性を有するそのバリアントを含む、請求項15から22のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記外因性CD160タンパク質が膜結合型である、請求項15から23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記前駆体抗原特異的免疫細胞と、機能的外因性受容体をコードする第2の核酸とを接触させることをさらに含む、請求項15から27のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記機能的外因性受容体が、操作されたT細胞受容体(TCR)またはキメラ抗原受容体(CAR)である、請求項28または29に記載の方法。

- 抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の免疫刺激活性を活性化する方法であって、前記抗原特異的免疫細胞と、前記抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の免疫刺激活性を活性化する薬剤の有効量とを接触させることを含む、方法。
- 前記方法が、抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の内因性免疫刺激活性を増強し、ここで、前記薬剤が、前記抗原特異的免疫細胞中のCD160の前記内因性免疫刺激活性を増強する、請求項44に記載の方法。
