Abstract
Description
“タバコ”は、タバコ属に属する任意の要素の任意の部分、例えば、葉、茎、及び茎を意味する。タバコは、そのままとされ、細断され、脱穀され、切断され、粉砕され、硬化され、熟成され、発酵され、又は任意の他の方法(例えば、顆粒化又はカプセル化)で処理されている。
a)プレウェブを形成するために、繊維をカード処理するステップと、
b)包装材料のウェブを形成するために、空気をプレウェブに吹き込み、第2のタイプの繊維を少なくとも部分的に溶融及び/又は軟化させることによって、プレウェブを接着するステップと、
c)ウェブを滑らかにカレンダー加工するステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法に関する。
ステップ410:プレウェブを形成するために繊維をカード処理すること、
ステップ430:包装材料のウェブを形成するために、空気をプレウェブに吹き込み、第2のタイプの繊維を少なくとも部分的に溶融及び/又は軟化させることによって、プレウェブを接着すること、及び
ステップ440:ウェブを滑らかにカレンダー加工すること、
を含んでいる。
ステップ420:ステップ410におけるカード処理によって形成されたプレウェブを予備接着すること、
を任意のステップとして含んでいる場合がある。
ステップ450:ウェブをチューブ状構造体に形成すること、
ステップ460:長手方向封止すること、
ステップ470:無煙タバコ組成物又は非タバコ組成物を供給すること、
ステップ480:横方向封印すること、及び
ステップ490:分離させること、
のうち1つ以上のステップを備えている。

Claims (16)
- 袋詰めされた経口スナッフ製品のための包装材料のウェブを製造するための装置(100)であって、前記ウェブが、唾液透過性を有している不織布ウェブとされ、前記不織布ウェブが、第1のタイプの繊維と第2のタイプの繊維とから成り、前記第1のタイプの繊維が、0%~95%を占め、前記第2のタイプの繊維が、100%~5%を占める、前記装置(100)において、
前記第1のタイプの繊維が、セルロース系のステープル繊維とされ、
前記第2のタイプの繊維が、少なくとも表面において溶融可能及び/又は軟化可能な熱可塑性繊維とされ、
前記装置(100)が、
プレウェブを形成するために前記繊維をカード処理するためのカード処理ユニット(110)と、
前記ウェブを形成するために、前記第2のタイプの繊維を少なくとも部分的に溶融及び/又は軟化させることによって、前記プレウェブを接着するためのエアスルー接着ユニット(130)と、
前記ウェブを表面処理するためのカレンダー加工ユニット(140)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする装置(100)。 - 前記エアスルー接着ユニット(130)が、フラット型エアスルードライヤ(200)を備えているか、又は前記フラット型エアスルードライヤ(200)から構成されており、
好ましくは、前記フラット型エアスルードライヤ(200)が、100℃~160℃、好ましくは110℃~150℃、より好ましくは120℃~150℃、最も好ましくは120℃~140℃の範囲の温度で、空気を前記プレウェブに吹き付けるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記エアスルー接着ユニット(130)が、シリンダ型エアスルードライヤ(300)を備えているか、又は前記シリンダ型エアスルードライヤ(300)から構成されており、
好ましくは、前記シリンダ型エアスルードライヤ(300)が、100℃~160℃、好ましくは115℃~155℃、より好ましくは120℃~150℃、最も好ましくは130℃~150℃の範囲の温度で、空気を前記プレウェブに吹き付けるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記装置(100)が、前記エアスルー接着ユニット(130)の前方に配置されている予備接着ユニット(120)を備えており、
好ましくは、前記予備接着ユニット(120)が、80℃~155℃、好ましくは90℃~140℃、より好ましくは100℃~135℃、最も好ましくは110℃~130℃の範囲の温度で、空気を前記プレウェブに吹き付けるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記カレンダー加工ユニット(140)が、45℃~120℃、好ましくは50℃~110℃、より好ましくは55℃~100℃、最も好ましくは55℃~70℃の範囲の表面処理温度で動作するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記カレンダー加工ユニット(140)が、5kg/cm2~70kg/cm2、好ましくは15kg/cm2~60kg/cm2、より好ましくは20kg/cm2~50kg/cm2、最も好ましくは25kg/cm2~40kg/cm2の範囲の圧力で動作するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の装置(100)。
- 前記カレンダー加工ユニット(140)が、一対のローラを備えているか、又は一対の前記ローラから構成されており、
前記ローラが、滑らかな表面、好ましくは滑らかな鋼製表面を有していることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記装置(100)が、
無煙タバコ組成物又は非タバコ組成物を前記ウェブに例えば部分的に供給するための供給ユニット(170)と、
前記ウェブをチューブ状構造体に形成するためのチューブ形成ユニット(150)であって、前記供給ユニット(170)の前方又は後方に配置されている前記チューブ形成ユニットと、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記装置(100)が、少なくとも1つの長手方向シールを作ることによって、包装材料の前記ウェブをチューブ状の形状に固定するための長手方向封止ユニット(160)を備えており、
好ましくは、前記長手方向封止ユニット(160)は、熱シールユニット又は超音波シールユニットとされることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記装置(100)が、個々の製品のうち2つの製品の間に少なくとも1つの横方向シールを作ることによって、前記包装材料のウェブを前記個々の製品に形成するための横方向封止ユニット(180)を備えており、
好ましくは、前記横方向封止ユニット(180)が、熱シールユニット又は超音波シールユニットとされることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の装置(100)。 - 袋詰めされた経口スナッフ製品のための包装材料のウェブを製造するための方法(400)であって、前記ウェブが、唾液透過性を有している不織布ウェブとされ、前記不織布ウェブが、第1のタイプの繊維と第2のタイプの繊維とから成り、前記第1のタイプの繊維が、0%~95%を占め、前記第2のタイプの繊維が100%~5%を占め、前記第1のタイプの繊維が、セルロース系のステープル繊維とされ、前記第2のタイプの繊維が、少なくとも表面において溶融可能及び/又は軟化可能な熱可塑性繊維とされる、前記方法(400)において、
前記方法(400)が、
a)プレウェブを形成するために、前記繊維をカード処理するステップ(410)と、
b)前記包装材料のウェブを形成するために、空気を前記プレウェブに吹き込み、前記第2のタイプの繊維を少なくとも部分的に溶融及び/又は軟化させることによって、前記プレウェブを接着するステップ(430)と、
c)前記ウェブを滑らかにカレンダー加工するステップ(440)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2のタイプの繊維が、第1の成分と第2の成分とから成る熱可塑性繊維とされ、前記第2の成分が、前記第1の成分より低い溶融温度を有しており、
前記方法のステップb)が、前記第2のタイプの繊維の前記第2の成分を少なくとも部分的に溶融及び/又は軟化させることによって前記ウェブを接着することを備えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - ステップc)が、ステップb)より低い温度で実施され、
好ましくは、ステップb)及びc)の前記温度が、前記ウェブがステップb)の間に完全に又は略完全に既に接着完了するように選択されることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の方法。 - ステップc)における前記カレンダー加工が、前記ウェブの事前に選択された厚さ及び/又は表面仕上げ及び/又は空気透過性を得るために実施されることを特徴とする請求項11~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、少なくとも1つのシールの前記第2のタイプの繊維を少なくとも部分的に溶融することによって、前記少なくとも1つのシールで前記ウェブを封止するステップ(460,480)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項11~14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が、個々の製品のうち2つの製品の間に少なくとも1つの横方向シールを作ることによって、前記包装材料のウェブを前記個々の製品に形成するステップを備えており、
好ましくは、横方向の封止(480)が、ヒートシール又は超音波シールによって実施されることを特徴とする請求項11~15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
