Claims (13)
- 運動検知装置、及び
睡眠監視期間中、前記運動検知装置の出力信号から睡眠障害呼吸事象を識別するように適応する制御器
を有する、被験者を監視するための睡眠監視システムにおいて、
前記運動検知装置は、心理心電図信号を記録するための加速度計又はジャイロスコープセンサ装置を有し、前記制御器は、前記心理心電図信号の分析に基づいて、前記睡眠呼吸障害事象を決定するように適応すること、並びに
前記制御器は、前記心理心電図信号における繰り返しパターンを決定し、拍動間隔の時系列を決定する、及び前記拍動間隔の時系列から前記睡眠障害呼吸事象を決定するように適応し、前記拍動間隔の時系列は、前記繰り返しパターンの特定の要素を識別することなく計算される
ことを特徴とする、睡眠監視システム。 - 前記睡眠呼吸障害事象は、睡眠時無呼吸事象を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 呼吸努力を検出するためのセンサ装置、及び
呼吸音を検出するためのマイク
の1つ以上をさらに有する、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御器は、呼吸音からいびきを検出するように適応する、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御器は、睡眠段階を決定し、それにより、前記睡眠監視期間中の睡眠期間及び覚醒期間を決定するように適応する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御器は、睡眠体位、呼吸運動及び心理心電図信号を検出するために、前記運動検知装置の出力信号から、別個の信号成分を抽出するように適応する、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 体位療法にさらに使用するためである、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の睡眠監視システムにおいて、前記制御器は、
前記運動検知装置の出力信号から、起こり得る睡眠体位の組から1つの睡眠体位を決定する、及び
各々の起こる睡眠体位に対する睡眠障害呼吸のレベル又は影響の指標を提供する
ように適応する、睡眠監視システム。 - 各々の起こる睡眠体位に対する前記睡眠障害呼吸のレベルは、無呼吸-低呼吸指数の値を有する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記被験者に睡眠体位を変えさせるための刺激を与えるための体位療法装置をさらに有する、請求項7又は8に記載のシステム。
- 被験者を監視するための睡眠監視方法において、前記方法は、
心理心電図信号を収集する運動検知装置を使用して、前記被験者の運動を監視するステップ、並びに
心理心電図信号における繰り返しパターンを決定し、拍動間隔の時系列を決定することにより、前記心理心電図信号から睡眠障害呼吸事象を識別するステップ
を有し、前記方法は、前記繰り返しパターンの特定の要素を識別することなく、前記拍動間隔の時系列を計算するステップを有する、睡眠監視方法。 - 前記監視される運動から、起こり得る睡眠体位の組から1つの睡眠体位を決定するステップ、及び
各々の起こる睡眠体位に対する睡眠障害呼吸のレベル又は影響の指標を提供するステップ
をさらに有する、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記被験者に睡眠体位を変えさせるための刺激を与えるステップをさらに有する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されるとき、請求項10乃至12の何れか一項に記載の方法を実施するように適応するコンピュータプログラムコード手段を有するコンピュータプログラム。
