- 1つ又は複数の磁極片(x50)、好ましくは、1つ又は複数の正方形又は長方形の磁極片(x50)をさらに備えており、前記1つ又は複数の磁極片(x50)が、前記第1の磁場生成デバイス(x30)の下に、かつ前記第2の磁場生成デバイス(x40)の下に配置されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の磁気組立体(x00)。
- 基材上に光学効果層(OEL)を製造するための、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の磁気組立体(x00)の使用。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の磁気組立体(x00)の少なくとも1つを備える回転磁気シリンダを具備する印刷装置、又は請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の磁気組立体(x00)の少なくとも1つを備える平台型印刷ユニットを具備する印刷装置。
- 基材(x20)上に光学効果層(OEL)を製造するプロセスであって、前記光学効果層(OEL)が、直交視差効果を示し、前記プロセスは、
i)非球形で扁平の磁性又は磁化可能顔料粒子を含む放射線硬化性コーティング組成物を基材(x20)表面に塗布するステップであり、前記放射線硬化性コーティング組成物が、コーティング層(x10)を形成するために第1の状態である、ステップと、
ii)前記非球形で扁平の磁性又は磁化可能顔料粒子の少なくとも一部を配向するように、前記放射線硬化性コーティング組成物を、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の静磁気組立体(x00)の磁場に曝すステップと、
iii)前記非球形で扁平の磁性又は磁化可能顔料粒子をその選択された位置及び配向に固定するように、ステップii)の前記放射線硬化性コーティング組成物を少なくとも部分的に第2の状態まで硬化させるステップと、
を含む、プロセス。 - ステップiii)が、UV-可視光放射線硬化によって実行され、好ましくは、前記ステップiii)が、前記ステップii)と部分的に同時に実行される、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記複数の非球形で扁平の磁性又は磁化可能粒子の少なくとも一部が、非球形で扁平の光学的に可変な磁性又は磁化可能顔料粒子によって構成される、請求項11又は12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記非球形で光学的に可変な磁性又は磁化可能顔料が、磁性薄膜干渉顔料、磁性コレステリック液晶顔料、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項11~14のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスで製造される、光学効果層(OEL)。
