Description
前記最下段の階段の上面の長さは、それに接続された一段高い階段に近づくにつれて徐々に長くなり、最上段の階段の側面は対称的な弧状であり、弧状の側面は、両端から中間に向かって基準面が位置する端に向けて徐々に突出している。
図9a及び図9bに示される試料添加用プレート831を例とすると、試料添加用プレート831は階段構造を有さず、試料添加孔の下方からイムノクロマトグラフィー検出部材832の試料添加領域までの間に配置された試料添加部833は、フラット構造である。試料添加部833とカバープレート834との間には、湿潤領域が形成されている。
異なる構造の緩衝領域、湿潤領域及び緩衝領域の弧度及び緩衝階段の段数は、いずれも液体の均一な分配に影響を与える。図1及び図4に示される試料添加用プレート300及び600は、本発明の好ましい実施例である。この設計により、液体の均一な分配の偏差CV値が最も小さくて、3%未満であり、安定性が優れた。試験により、5つのイムノクロマトグラフィー検出部材のうち、試料が添加されなかったのが1つ又は2つある確率は1%未満である。

Claims (10)
- イムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置であって、
カバープレートと、イムノクロマトグラフィー検出部材と、試料添加用プレートとを含み、前記カバープレートは、前記試料添加用プレートと組み合わせて検出キャビティを形成し、前記試料添加用プレートは前記検出キャビティ内に位置する試料添加部を有し、前記カバープレートには、前記試料添加部に対応するように試料添加孔が設けられ、前記試料添加部は試料溶液を受け取るように構成され、前記試料添加部には複数の設置部位が設けられ、隣接する前記設置部位は間隔を置いて配置されており、前記イムノクロマトグラフィー検出部材は複数あり、複数の前記イムノクロマトグラフィー検出部材は、それぞれ複数の前記設置部位に設置され、少なくとも前記設置部位に近い前記試料添加部の一部は、前記カバープレートと組み合わせて湿潤領域を形成し、前記湿潤領域の高さは、試料溶液が前記湿潤領域に流れると、試料溶液は、毛細管現象の推進力の下で、試料添加部の表面に沿って複数の前記イムノクロマトグラフィー検出部材に流れるという条件を満たしている、
ことを特徴とするイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 前記湿潤領域の高さは2mm以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 前記湿潤領域の高さは0.1mm~1mmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 前記湿潤領域の高さは0.25mm~0.7mmである、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 前記設置部位は4つ以上あり、複数の前記設置部位は平行に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 各前記設置部位は、前記最上段の階段の上面に沿って延びる長尺状の溝構造であり、長尺状のイムノクロマトグラフィー試験紙を嵌め込んで設置するために構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 各前記設置部位は、前記最上段の階段の上面に軸方向に垂直である、両端が開いている柱状の孔構造であり、積層構造のイムノクロマトグラフィー乾式化学試験紙を嵌め込んで設置するために構成され、上端の開口部は、試料溶液が試料添加領域に流入するように構成され、下端の開口部は検出ウィンドウを構成している、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 前記試料添加部はフラット構造であり、その平面状の表面と前記カバープレートとの間には前記湿潤領域が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4、6~7のいずれか1項に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 前記試料添加部は多階段構造であり、前記試料添加部の最底部に位置する基準面は試料溶液を受け取るように構成され、最上段の階段の上面と前記カバープレートとの間には前記湿潤領域が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4、6~7のいずれか1項に記載のイムノクロマトグラフィー検出装置。 - 前記基準面は、底辺が最下段の階段の側面に接続されている二等辺三角形であり、
