Abstract
Description
この壁構造体は、一定の距離に保持された耐圧パネルからなる対称構造を有する。断面を横断する構造を強化する絶縁層は、プレートの間に配置される。2つのプレートは、圧縮力を吸収し、特に、天然石、あらゆるタイプの人造石、コンクリート及び他のアースンウェア、ならびにセラミック、ガラス含有物質又はガラス(以下アースンウェアと呼ぶ)からなるが、それらは耐圧材料であるが、通常破損しやすい脆弱な構造によっても特徴付けられる。花崗岩、片麻岩のような花崗岩様岩石、大理石、石灰岩のような天然石、ならびに耐高圧現代セラミック、ガラスセラミック又はガラス、ならびに石又はセラミック、及び自然に作成された、又は人工的に作成されたアースンウェアから作成された他のすべての材料が、ここで言及されるべきものである。2つのプレートは、それぞれ同一の材料でできていてもよく、又は異なる材料、例えば、天然石から作られた外側ストーンウェア円板と、コンクリート製の内側ストーンウェア円板とからできていていてもよい。
Claims (11)
- 石、天然石、人造石、セラミック、コンクリート、ガラス又はガラス含有材料からなる2つの対称的に配置された支持プレートを備えた、アースンウェアと呼ばれる建物用耐荷重壁要素であって、
剪断抵抗性又はゆるいもしくは混合剪断抵抗性を有する、表面全体を覆う、又は表面の一部を覆う2つの担体プレートの間の絶縁材料の断面増加層を有し、
前記担体プレートは、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、シアネートエステル樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、シリコーン樹脂もしくはケイ酸塩樹脂基材、又はセラミックもしくは水ガラス基材を、片面に有するか、又はアースンウェアの中間に配置されている繊維含有マトリックスで安定化されていて、
耐荷重壁要素は、頂部と底部に荷重伝達取込構造を有し、これは恒久剪断抵抗性接着剤を介して担体プレートに接続されていて、
断面を増加させる絶縁層は炭素含有材料からなり、
2つの担体プレートはそれぞれ異なる又は類似のプレート材料からなる、耐荷重壁要素。 - 請求項1、2に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記剪断抵抗性及び十分な引張安定性を有する絶縁材料の層が、高張力断熱性発泡体からなり、好ましくはその中で炭素が粉末状に発泡していることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項1に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記剪断抵抗性及び十分な引張安定性を有する絶縁材料の層が膨張ガラスからなり、好ましくはその中で炭素が粉末状に発泡していることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項1に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記剪断抵抗性及び十分に引張安定性を有する絶縁材料の層がセメント系多孔質構造体からなり、好ましくはその中に炭素が粉末状に包含されていることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項1に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記剪断抵抗性及び十分に引張安定性を有する絶縁材料の層が、非セメント系鉱物多孔質構造体からなり、好ましくはその中に炭素が粉末状に包含されている耐荷重壁要素である。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記担体プレートのそれぞれにおいて、絶縁材料からなる補剛材が、例えば、発泡した炭素被覆材からなる補強リブの形態において、前記担体プレート間の一定の距離で前記領域の全面を覆っていないが、その一部を覆っていて、かつ前記補剛材が担体プレートのいずれか一方にのみ個別に取り付けられているか、又は両方のプレートにフォースロック方式で取り付けられていることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記コンポーネントが、壁又はプレハブ住宅要素として、又は高層構造の耐荷重要素として使用されることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記建材に用いられる炭素が、発熱性植物系又は任意の形態の生物学的出発原料から熱分解により製造されるか、人工的に製造されることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記建材に用いられる発熱性炭素は、活性化、加湿、洗浄、酸性化、磁化等の各種の熱分解後処理が施されていることを特徴とするものであるか、又はバイオオイル、フミン酸、タンニン及び類似物質のような有機添加剤と混合されることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記炭素系絶縁層が、セメント、石灰、ジオポリマ、エポキシ、ポリエステル樹脂及びポリウレタン発泡体のような公知の結合剤と混合され、処理されていることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
- 請求項8に記載の耐荷重壁要素であって、前記絶縁層の炭素は、電気的又は電磁的エネルギーや電解法を使用してCO2から直接得られることを特徴とする耐荷重壁要素。
