Claims (20)
- 第1発光ユニット、第2発光ユニット及び第3発光ユニットのうち少なくとも二つの発光ユニットの組合せを含み、
第1発光ユニットは、ピーク波長が約286nm~約304nmの範囲内の光を放出する第1発光ダイオード及び第1波長変換機を含み、前記第1発光ダイオードで生成された光の一部を外部に放出し、
第2発光ユニットは、ピーク波長が約400nm~420nmの範囲内の光を放出する第2発光ダイオード及び第2波長変換機を含み、前記第2発光ダイオードで生成された光の一部を外部に放出し、
第3発光ユニットは、ピーク波長が約286nm~約470nmの範囲内の光を放出する第3発光ダイオード及び第3波長変換機を含み、
前記第3波長変換機は、約685nm~705nm、790nm~840nm、又は875nm~935nmの範囲内に中心波長を有する波長変換物質を含む、照明装置。 - 前記約685nm~705nm、約790nm~840nm、又は約875nm~935nmの範囲内に中心波長を有する波長変換物質は、量子ドットである、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第1波長変換機及び第2波長変換機は、青色蛍光体、緑色蛍光体及び赤色蛍光体を含み、

前記第1発光ダイオードから放出された光の波長を変換するための波長変換機を含み、
白色光を放出すると共に、ビタミンDの生成に適した光及び細胞活性物質の生成に適した光を放出し、

- 前記波長変換機は、青色蛍光体、緑色蛍光体及び赤色蛍光体を含む、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2発光ダイオードは、約291nm~約301nmの範囲内のピーク波長を有する紫外線を放出する、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 前記第2発光ダイオードは、前記波長変換機から離隔される、請求項13に記載の照明装置。
