Description

Claims (15)
- トレランスリングであって、
半径方向内向きまたは外向きのうちの少なくとも一方に延在し、かつ第1および第2の端部でそれぞれ終端する第1および第2の端部分を有する、複数の波状部を備える、トレランスリング側壁を備え、前記トレランスリングが、前記トレランスリング側壁の周方向長さLcを二分する位置で測定される、第1の曲率半径R1を有し、前記トレランスリング側壁の前記第1および第2の端部分のうちの1つに沿って測定される、第2の曲率半径R2を有し、1)R1がR2よりも大きいか、または2)R1が負であり、かつR2が正である、のうちの少なくとも1つである、トレランスリング。 - トレランスリングであって、
半径方向内向きまたは外向きのうちの少なくとも一方に延在し、かつ第1および第2の端部でそれぞれ終端する第1および第2の端部分を有する、複数の波状部を備える、トレランスリング側壁を備え、取り付けられていない非付勢状態において、前記トレランスリングが、180°以下にわたる円周を有し、取り付けられた状態において、前記トレランスリングが、内側部材と外側部材との間に展開したときに変形して、少なくとも300°にわたる円周を有する、トレランスリング。 - パッケージ化された物品であって、
パッケージと、
前記パッケージ内に入れ子にされた複数のトレランスリングと、を備え、前記トレランスリングの各々が、半径方向内向きまたは外向きのうちの少なくとも一方に延在し、かつ第1および第2の端部でそれぞれ終端する第1および第2の端部分を有する、複数の波状部を備え、各トレランスリングが、180°以下にわたる円周を有する、パッケージ化された物品。 - 0.5|R1|が、|R2|よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のトレランスリング。
- |R1|が、|R2|とは少なくとも10%異なる、請求項4に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記トレランスリング側壁が、単一の一体的帯状材料を含む、請求項2に記載のトレランスリング。
- 前記パッケージ化された物品が、機械化された構造体構成要素とインターフェースして、トレランスリングを繰り返し取り出し、操作するように適合される、請求項3に記載のパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記複数のトレランスリングが、少なくとも10個のトレランスリングを備える、請求項3に記載のパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記トレランスリングが、基板を備える、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のトレランスリングまたはパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記基板が、金属を含む、請求項9に記載のトレランスリングまたはパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記トレランスリングが、前記基板を覆うコーティングをさらに含む、請求項9に記載のトレランスリングまたはパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記コーティングが、減衰材料を含む、請求項11に記載のトレランスリングまたはパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記コーティングが、熱伝達材料を含む、請求項11に記載のトレランスリングまたはパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記コーティングが、腐食保護材料を含む、請求項11に記載のトレランスリングまたはパッケージ化された物品。
- 前記トレランスリングが、10°以上である円弧にわたる周方向長さLcを有する、請求項1に記載のトレランスリング。
